2 weeks agoLove the convenience but hate that I still have bird poop on my windshield! And dirt under my back window spoiler when I pay $22 a month.. Y’all need to train your workers to use the brush on front and back windows instead of just spraying them off before entering the car wash. Donovan by far better then the one by Walmart5 months agoFull service automation with the full works. Loved it so much I became a member… You can go through as many times as you’d like until it’s clean. Free vacuum and free micro towels when you join.. low cost and high value. Better than the local competition. You can also have it dried and windows cleaned and tires dressed for a cost that’s a bit unreasonable in my opinion… But when you’re in a rush it’s good value.3 months agoOur daughter got sick on our roadtrip. We stopped here and the guys helped us get everything cleaned up. Great team. Thank you!!4 months agoAwful experience. Apparently had my subscription cancelled and later to find out it’s still charging me. After countless attempts of fixing issue I get told “policy won’t allow refunds.” Splash n Dash basically just stole money from me. Garbage business2 years agoUnfortunately, I hate to do this. I really like the car wash. I like their pricing and staff. I am a member and I have strictly ONLY used this car wash since I bought my car brand new. I have noticed some consistent scratching. I didn’t know where it was coming from. They have a brush that cleans the rocker panels. I now realize that the car wash is destroying my paint. It is far too abrasive. The rest of the car looks fine. I will post a picture of the brush causing the damage. I hope the owner reaches out to see the damage on my car. They need to remove that brush ASAP. The scratches run from halfway down my door to the rocker panels. Maybe about a foot and a half all the way down the side of the car. I’ve owned black cars in the past and they’re prone to scratches, but not like this.

2 months agoWe got the $9.99 introductory car wash to see if we wanted to start taking the new car here. I wouldn’t recommend it. The car was does a mediocre job cleaning and be prepared to wipe down your entire car with a rag because the air dryer literally does nothing. It’s strange how this place consistently has a line of cars when the wash does hardly anything to clean your car. You will have little luck on a busy day getting a spot to vacuum your car out. I was really hoping for better. They just need to adjust their operations to really have a successful car wash.2 months agoIt was an alright wash and quick. The wash didn’t touch the bug stuff or other stuck on stuff and one of the free vacuums barely worked. It’s also more expensive than some of the other, so you get a better wash for your tires, but I still like Rocket Wash (in Utah) better.3 months agoI paid for the highest priced car wash. When the vehicle came out there was a lot of dirt residue on the rims, doors, rear end and front. It wasn’t overly dirty before I took it to the car wash, so I was surprised at how much dirt was still on the car when they were done. There were two guys with brushes lazily brushing as I entered. They obviously missed most of the car. There were cars lined up to go into the car wash after I was out of the washing bay. I was in a hurry, so I didn’t bother demanding a second wash, but it definitely should’ve been done. I rewashed the car at home later. Never again will I use this car wash.3 weeks agoPay $12 for the premium wash and it leaves soap all over my car. Go in side and tell them and they shrug their shoulders at you because ” you have to call them to complain”. If you like dried soap all over your windows and paint, go here. If not, pick another place that cares about doing a good job.5 months agoKinda of an expensive wash if you don’t sign up as a regular client or customer. It’s the best in the business in my opinion. This particular location has only six vacuums and 8 areas to wipe down your car.. great service

Well, I got the “ultimate” car wash and really the issue I have is the vacuuming, it looked rushed and not done well at all. I know it’s a busy place but, the carpets were heavily wet, there was still dirt where the seats meet the carpet and in the back where you can lift the seats up, wasn’t even touched. There looked to be a guy going around making sure the quality was there but, maybe someone should double check?l that as well? The back wasn’t even vacuumed. There is some dog hair I get it’s extra to pay but, the back just had stuff to easily vacuum.
Fast service . Love the prices , hand dry . I have been coming to this car wash for two years. Best place known. Car washers are very hard workers. Thank you wash and lube.
Got my oil changed…super fast, (got to stay in my car) great price and obviously, great worker’s doing the job.
Won’t even answer my call because I have an out of state number. Thanks for saving me from future headaches by letting me know your business ethics way ahead of even making an appointment. Had a great experience there in the past but there are too many other shops that would love my business
