  I got my keratin done 20 days ago, Although the service was good but I am highly doubtful they use the original products. My keratin wore off after 2 wash although I am using the shampoo and conditioner they suggested. This keratin was suppose to last 3 4 month as they said. I would not recommend this for keratin treatment because its a costly service better to invest few more bucks get it done from somewhere more reliable rather than getting fooled by discounts they offer.

  ‘TO NOT GO TO’ salon for haircut if you have ‘curly hair’. No haircream, no hair gel, no hair serum. The stylist kept touching my hair after drying making it more frizzy. They don’t have any range of shampoo/conditioners for curlies.

  Pathetic service. Wrong hair color used as per hair color and hair cut by unprofessional person. They cut my all long hairs to too short and uneven. Facials are also done by unprofessional. Using dirty clothes and tools. Over charging for basic services. I have to visit 3 times because of unavailability of staff all the time.
