  It was a pleasant experience at Lakme with Amit for accommodating me and few others from my family for services at a short notice. Latika for a relaxing face clean-up service for me. It was indeed relaxing and felt very good. Preeti, Sana for my makeup, hairdo and saree draping, they are the best makeup artists so far. They made my day.   Happy wid the services given by Swati she has so much patience n listen to the customers requirement very carefully. Also Chandrika’s work been done so perfectly by her, she is so kind too. Both Swati n Chandrika gave their best. Pooja did pedicure to my Dad her service is also good. The only thing I dint like is that you guys made my Dad to wait for a longer time even after I have taken an appointment one day before. Do not make old age people to wait for your services.

  I asked for hair wash n blow dry the price is 400 they charged me 500. And there was no water they said and got the water filled with bucket and started washing my hair. The hair stylist dint even wash my hair properly. He just washed my hair from shampoo and done. I asked him to apply the conditioner so he said m am not professional. How can give such a bad service to the customers? Worst service & just making money out of brand name. Please do not visit this salon

  I went for hair spa there
  I chose the normal hair spa which costed 1200.
  The service was not upto the mark,highly unprofessional staff.
  Moreover the basic equipment used to do spa that is the steamer was not working.

  Hair cut was good but the hair color was not upto the mark.

  Even I am the owner of a saloon business (even the staff knew this)but also the staff tried to bluff.. he applied me normal color and later while billing they said that they have applied ammonia free and all…they charged high.

  The color even didn’t sustain for not more that 5days…again the Grey hair is visible.. I use color protection shampoos also..
