  I went in to get a cut for a date that I had later this evening. I asked for a low dark bald fade and to line my beard & mustache up, and I asked for it to be down to wave length because thats the usual cut I get whenever I go to a barbershop. When I left to go home I looked & seen that my mustache was not lined up as I requested. Also, I got home to put on my durag I noticed that one side was faded and the other side was tapered, and that goes to shows that he did not check to see if both sides were the same. Honestly, I will never go back to this establishment because this is by far the worst experience I’ve had going to a barbershop in the Petersburg area.

  I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted and put right into a chair. Super friendly and quality work. I had just got cut the day before at a chain and they were awful. Simple zero fade they couldn’t do. But the boys at Razor Sharp got me fixed up and lined up. Highly recommend.

  This place is very unprofessional. I mean i called and asked did they do walkins and the guy said yes. Got there, went in my sister and I.. was not greeted by 1 single person! Sat in there for damn near 30mins and one of barbers asked was we by appointment or a walkin. I said walkin.. he said oh well why you didnt say anything?! Say anything?! I do believe its there job to greet there customers and let them know when they are next up.. but anyways.. 1 hr later the kids finally getting there cuts and the line up was good and all but $25 is almost twice for what i paid at my sons regular barber and his regular barber put product on the top of his fade to make his curls less fizzy… smh never again! I think ill cut my son hair myself before i ever come back to this place!!

  My husband went here recently and it’s now his go to place for a haircut. Price is great and he was very happy with the outcome. Even did extra things that the big name places charge extra for. I promise you will not regret trying this place out. You will definitely be back. My husband’s father cut his hair but recently passed away so he had to find a new place and I told him to give this barber a try and so happy I did. Love that it’s open early that’s a huge plus.   Nice guy. Enjoyable setting nowhere. Typical of Colonial Heights , Petersburg, Chester, no one of the dozen ($15 here to $27 at Gabes and ‘specialist’ hairdressers, price before pre expected $5 or more tip) I have visited ever learned the bare fundamentals of hair cutting. Tapering, trim, even lengths even basic trimming is just not prevalent.
