  I really enjoyed my experience here. I called in the morning and they were able to accommodate me with two appointments for later the same day. I have a young son who hates getting his hair cut, but the barber was patient and did a great job. Cuts here cost around $22, which seems just a bit pricey, but I’m definitely satisfied with my experience.

  Honestly felt like I could’ve cut my own hair and done better. Had long curls and told the guy to cut just a bit off, and give me a taper on the bottom. Barber did not know what he was doing so he eventually just did a terrible high fade. One side of my hair was longer than the other, and he cut the top pretty short. Had to go to an entirely different barbershop to fix my hair. Never going back, don’t even deserve one star.

  Facilities appeared clean, and the employees were friendly and outgoing. The haircut was for a wedding, and I told them it was important that I come out of there looking sharp. The haircut was not good, sadly. I still tipped well and still like them, just probably would not use them again.

  This was my first time here and Dylan was able to take me as a walk-in. I get the same type of cut every time, but it can vary between stylists and barbers. Dylan did a great job, he took his time and paid close attention to detail. The cut took a bit longer than it normally does for me at the chain places, but that’s a good thing for the excellent result.

  All the girls that cut hair just sit in the back room on their phones eating food, don’t even greet you or say hello when customers come in, which is unprofessional. They are super unfriendly and unpleasant especially when I asked if we came at a bad time. I thought maybe they were on lunch or something. Kaylee completely ignored my question and asked me being a female if I needed a cut after we’ve already checked in and waiting. No wonder why there was absolutely nobody else in there with six girls working to cut hair. You think when you’re on a tip income you would be a tad bit more pleasant to your customers.   If you’re 50 years old and gave up on the way you look, this is the place for you. You’ll be outta there in 10 minutes. But if you want someone who is passionate about what they do and pays attention to detail then don’t come here. The place hasn’t been updated in at least 5 years and the people here truly look and sound miserable let alone care about their clients. I’ve gotten a haircut here a couple times and gave them plenty of chances. Never again! Anyways I gotta go find a barber to fix the mess they left me with.

  Went in Wednesday at 2pm. The stylist was friendly. She asked what I would like. I explained a “number 1 on the back and sides and number 3 on the top”. As you can see, I got a 1 on my entire head. It looks horrible. 11.29.22.. Amazing that it’s been 6 months since my review and no one from the place reached out to try to fix this. They should be embarrassed.

  Wonderful! This is a world class salon with outstanding employees and services at reasonable prices. I indulged in the pedicure service called Extraordinary Foot Repair and it was terrific! Worth every penny! If you feet are tired and have dry and calloused skin, then this is something that you MUST do for yourself! You will be glad that you did! This salon is sparkling clean and the employees are attentive in checking you in and ensuring your comfort with complimentary beverages while you wait. I will definitely go again!

  I’ve been coming here off and on since they opened, over 15 years ago and for good reason.
  Even with their growth from just 2 chairs at the beginning to, seems like near 10, they’ve kept what makes this place great… And that’s the customer service.
  Obviously, you’re going to get a great haircut, but what sets it above the rest is the ability to make each customer feel special.
  My whole life I’ve hated getting a haircut.. except here.

  Amanda did an outstanding job on the Classic Facial treatment. I was thoroughly satisfied.

  The only criticism I have is I asked if they offered a glycerin antibacterial bar soap as I had a recent sugaring treatment and needed that to exfoliate. I was told they didn’t have one and was offered 2 products that I did not want which caused my bill to be way more than I expected. I never received a breakdown to see how much those products were as the products combined was way more than the treatment itself.

  Always treated warmly and it’s great to feel not like a number but like a person. The stylist I regularly see is amazing and does a great job. Prices vary by stylist but are reasonable. Front end staff very friendly and efficient – definitely recommended for a higher end cut in Rochester
