  I have been getting my haircut at SportsClips since the day they opened this location. Caitlyn is the only person who cuts my hair and she’s always going the extra mile for the customer. She is always answering the phones, assisting other stylists or answering customers questions. I used to hate the online check-in process but now I love it. It allows me to see what time I need to be there and I never have to just sit and wait.

  Sport Clips Haircuts of Anderson horrible service.
  We check in online on the way. 25 min wait. Ok. Go to the counter in the salon and let them know we are here, they confirm the wait time. We let them know we are right next door getting ice cream.
  Go next door for ice cream. Get a text saying we are next in line, return to the salon and sit for 5 mins. Get a text saying sorry you canceled.
  Ummm no we did not cancel. So I ask the blonde lady what’s up…we didn’t cancel. We have been waiting right here. She said she can add us back to the que and I ask will we need to wait again? She said no. Yet the line board has our name at the end of the que with another 25 min wait. After 5 mins I walk to the counter to speak to her, she’s standing up at the front with no customer chatting with a co worker. Completely ignores me. No acknowledgment at all. Husband tugs on my shirt and says no, let’s go.

  Go to great clips and they see us right away. Skip this shop and go to Great Clips across the parking lot.

  Worst hair cut ever! Asked for to be short on top longer in back she buzzed it off around sides and back left top longer and very uneven. Will have to have someone straighten up her mess that she made!
  Stay away from the Anderson site. Do lot know her name was not told but second chair on right long black hair girl. Might be the manager in duty they kept asking her questions.

  Very nice women that work here..i took my 2 boys ages 4 and 5. They were very patient with them. They let them help vacuum up their mess after their haircut the boys loved that. I wish I could remember their names to recognize them but they are in the pictures. I highly recommend this place for young boys haircut. Even for children with ethnic hair. The lady took her time combing it out gently and did a great job cutting it.

  My family and I love grabbing a fresh cut from Kristian who goes out of his way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable in his chair. With the short pixie I keep, he keeps it looking on point and both of my kids (18 and 4) love his touch on their styles as well. Kristian is the reason we come to this great clips and I cannot recommend him enough to others. My teenage son just got a cut from him a couple of days ago and was sooo happy with the results – he was just glowing with a smile from ear to ear when he got home that night. Kristian also helped us deal with the frustrating situation of his debit card not working and was most helpful during that situation for him – which this mom was very grateful for since he was there by himself unsure of how to handle the situation. I am beyond appreciative of his effort to make such a welcoming and friendly environment at this great clips location.

  Very friendly staff , I’ve never had a bad hair cut. An my hair has tons of cowlicks , kerri always goes above and beyond to cut my hair. I’m very picky on who cuts my hair and since I found Kerri at great clips Brittany plaza I will not let anyone else do my hair.

  I love this Great Clips. I’ve had 4 to 5 different stylists and all did my hair well. I’ve gone back for a small touch up and was taken as soon as my requested stylist was available. I really appreciate having this shop close to me and their expertise and kindness.

  I went Saturday August 27 mid morning and walked in for a haircut. The barber shop was busy. I received a haircut, the cost was $20.00 with tip was $25.00. When I got home and check my hair it was chopped up. I ask for a number one and blend. I have hair all different links. Not sure what happened but not sure I will every return or recommend to any one.

  I am new to Anderson and was looking for a new hairstylist. Tiffany fit me in right away to get a haircut and color. I tried out a new red hairstyle and Tiffany assured me that I could come back if I decided I wanted any changes. A few days later I asked if she could tone it back to brown.
