a week agoSo I come to this car wash all the time for the “standard drive thru wash.” I have always had a great experience with that so I decided to get the gold detail for $180. Let’s just say I was EXTREMELY disappointed. My hopes were high because of all of my previous visits but for the amount of money that I paid versus the quality it was subpar. When my car was finished I had to redirect the detailer at all the missed spots and eventually gave up because I could’ve just done it myself. My sunroof was still dirty, I had crumbs between my seats, stains on my seats which were supposed to be “cleaned AND conditioned.” I didn’t get many pictures because I went straight home and started cleaning my own car with a microfiber towel and dawn. Which by the way got it cleaner than they did. My suggestion is to use caution when paying for the high detail services, I won’t be wasting my money again.3 months agoWell I had my car washed on Friday n the car was not cleaned properly I had a problem first of all the worked did not call me wen my car was done second the car was not topped off until the manager showed him the tip money I had paid also I had to chi to Cobb n they wanted me to come back but I couldn’t come back I only work on camp creek after the wash.. 35 dollars was a lot to spend for the job being rushed n half done very disappointing..5 months agoOverall i really like this car wash. Esp for me is the location convenience. Up north where i used to car wash with membership the self clean vacuum area had a glass cleaner bottle & wipes for those cleaning inside themselves. Guess dwn south dont do that. Lol. My main complaints besides the traffic and wait everytime i come is when my car enters the car wash sometimes the person there will brush the one side (driver side), sometimes they dont do it at all, sometimes esp when theres 2 men then itll get done. But its always diff. & npt done everytime. Being a loyal member almost 1 yr now i will hope theyll start brushing both side before entering that auto carwash part. Sometimes certain dirt wont get cleaned with the auto car wash. And some vacuums arent as good or just dont work. Which is understandable. Todays traff wasnt bad actually even tho ive been sitting here now 14min. (Edit: 1st time i come to hand dry part & its been 9 min now and NoONE has come for dry, thats the 1st time this has happened). Overall from all the washes i been to around here i still like this one best. Very nice workers. Clean & roomy inside too.
We should go in order btw came in another time and literally 5 cars went infront of me from other lanes and i said something and was told because theyre full service but so am i. And saw all infront of me getting same thing.
a year agoGreat neighborhood car wash! Nice atmosphere. Clean and pleasant waiting area while your car is being serviced. Coffee and snacks are available from local businesses. It’s always a present experience taking my car to get washed and detailed at The Ultimate Car Wash & Detail.a month agoI think they should have greeters at drive up kiosks for people that can’t use card without assistance today which is Saturday June 24th 3:45pm I ask the guy sitting at the podium can he insert my card for me and he said I’m working him to death. Your at work sir! But other then that I love how they have it were you can get your car hand dried and tires polished. Feel free to tip it’s hot outside!

4 months agoI paid for the wash with the additional wax and it wasn’t really the best wash honestly. It left a residue that I was able to wipe off with my fingers and there was pollen still on my car. My tires were shiny and the vacuum was pretty decent however. And clearly you need a shammy to dry your car afterwards.2 weeks agoIt’s almost 12 noon. I’ve encountered a lot of people today. Nothing like the manager on duty or and the person who get you prepared to go through the car wash. These two have been the friendliest people i’ve encountered at a business in a very long time, but today, Just Friendliest people I’ve encountered. My car got clean and I got to witness people loving their service to the public. This location will do well.a month agoHate to hit this location with the one star but let me give the breakdown.
Vacuums work well and still have good suction.
But we are here for the car wash… currently one side of the brushes aren’t working. The right side brushes don’t move at all.Do you think they are charging half price for the half wash, nope!
Full price charge for only a half wash and soap streaks down one side. No signs no heads up nothing.

I’m a loyal customer of swiftly and she made me want to do years of business with you guys because of the personal care, customer service and professionalism today. I personally thinks she deserves a RAISE TODAY and I’ll continue to be a loyal , loving participant of swiftly BECAUSE OF MISSES ANN ( the manager)a year agoOne of the worst washes I’ve ever experienced. Not only was the wash poor, but the price was high. That’s a double negative that results in me never returning. Unfortunately, I recorded video clips instead of taking pics. These two pics don’t do much justice to capturing the low quality cleaning, but I’m unable to upload my videos to the review.I paid $24 with “extras”. It also smelled horrible at the car wash. I’m still unsure what exactly was going on, but I could hardly breathe it smelled so bad out there. An overall terrible experience.

Do the people writing these bad reviews hear themselves? A $4 car wash just isn’t realistic in 2023. The $8 wash is available and would be worth it. We opted for the mid-tier $14 wash that included a tire shine and are very happy with the results. The attendants didn’t push any membership on us, we were offered an air freshener right before going into the wash, and there were plenty of vacuums available. We did have to walk around to the different carts to find enough rags but there were plenty around. Absolutely worth the price.
They allow you to prep your car by washing and scrubbing hard to reach areas first to allow for a better wash and then they also have vacuums to complete the whole trip. It feels like a complete make over to me. I feel like a brand new person when I leave. I drive off with a complex honestly. You’ll love it.
This car wash is a SCAM. I purchased the monthly plan. It took TWO WEEKS for them to enter my information into the system. Every time I arrive, I have to wait 10+ minutes for an agent to help me get through the wash gate. The vacuums are TRASH. At least TEN of them don’t supply enough force to pick up dirt off the carpet… Please take your money elsewhere
