a year agoThe very first time I went here I’m assuming the manager or owner came over and said the first month was $7.99 and every month after it would be $29.99 which would’ve been the least expensive in town for the best wash offered. I enter the wash and midway through everything shut down and I was stuck in the wash for about four minutes. The black plastic spinning wheel kept turning on but my vehicle was not moving so I ended up making marks on my mirror. I also have a lot of soap left on my vehicle because they ended up just pushing the rollers out to get me out of there. So I had to go back around and get it re-washed. Not gonna lie I was a little hesitant to go back in after getting stuck in there. So after the experience I decided to give them a second try, I have a tiny bit of snow on the back of a truck bed the first car wash is just spray off. Not this older gentleman with a very bad attitude. He left snow on the truck cover and all it did is fill up with soap wax and whatever else they wash the vehicles with. I went back around after pushing off some of it and he was refusing to let me go back through, even though their sign says if you’re not happy they will rewash your vehicle. Keep in mind I have all kinds of soap wax and whatever dripping off the sides of my truck he told me to come back tomorrow. After refusing to leave with all this mess on my truck he was very reluctantly let me go back through. At this point I was 🤯Furious!!!! However I did give them a third chance and everything went fine that time. I can’t say that I would recommend this place but they do have a lot of potential if they ever clean up the parking lot where you vacuum and get someone that actually cares about drying your vehicle. There’s always tons of water left on it right off. The only things I can say good about this so far is the mirror finish shine when your vehicle is washed correctly which is a hit or miss from my experience.2 months agoSince the owner asked for a review, here’s mine so hopefully things will change. Change machine didn’t dispense quarters on me once , and was not working another time. Water leaking from the overhead hose in one bay, I had a wash as well as my car. The last minute warning is not audible in at least two bays. 10-15 second delay before foam comes out of the brush. Tire cleaner options dispense mostly water. Yes, I am aware it’s “only” $3 but it ends up being $12 because of one thing or another and for that money I can have someone wash it for me.a month agoBeautiful Carwash they have the nicest staff i felt welcomed and they treated me with respect i have never seen such organized business like Ace Auto Wash They gave my car one the best details i have ever came across form3 months agoThe water in the bay I was in wasn’t working and the worker told me move to the next one. After I went they said they can’t refund me the money or put it for me had to put more money since my car was all soapy. Never coming again horrible customer service5 years agoI am soooooo pleased with my service. I haven’t seen my car look this good in a long time. They completely got out all food stains and smells from the dish I dropped last month. This was worth my purchase and the drive to Sterling Heights. I’ll be back before Medical school ☺️

a month agoGot an express was, Bill’s best. When I pay that much for a car wash I expect everything to be clean with some minor areas that may have spotting. This is crazy won’t be using them again.

3 months agoThis is the most amazing car wash I have ever been to, I will NEVER go anywhere else again. For very reasonable prices, there are a multitude of washes & other services you can choose from, & they actually wipe the interior of your door jambs/trunk down after a wash. My car always comes out looking spectacular. They are extremely friendly here & no pressure or upselling of anything at all, which is such a nice change from where I used to go, I used to dread that part, but now, getting my car washed makes me happy, it’s always done beautifully by friendly people. You have lifetime customers in both my husband & myself 🙂2 weeks agoGave it a 4 star because the staff is super friendly and they did a decent enough job. It’s the details that got missed. Like a coffee spill in plain sight. At $35 I don’t expect a full detail but that should have been caught. There were 3-4 more small areas that got missed but this was the most obvious one.a year agoThe Rochester location of Mr. C’s really impressed me today! The shine on my wife’s Hellcat Durango after a drive thru car wash worked it’s magic was phenomenal. My father in law thought I had washed and waxed it! Ha. I opted for the $18 Works wash. I absolutely love the attention to detail when the hand dry crew comes out. They get your door jambs, blow out your mirrors, and really just take it up a notch. Definitely worth stopping in for a wash. I will certainly be back again! Now, if only they fit my dually Ram!2 months agoProbably the ONLY brush car wash I will go to. I normally only use touchless car washes, but sometimes you need to get the bugs off. This place does a great job! Minimal swirl marks and the towel dry is especially detailed, even down to spraying out the side rearview mirrors so they don’t splash and drip and then dry hard water spots on your now clean car. Nice job Mr. C! Keep it up!

Unbelievable experience. One of the workers stopped me as I exited the car wash because they thought they forgot to return a floor mat in my vehicle. He was polite, then some lady comes out screaming telling me to move?? I’m not the one that stopped the vehicle. After that I go out to get my car dried and the old man that dries the cars starts screaming and cursing telling me to get the **** Out of here. He refused to dry the car and then did it and scratched the car. Horrible staff
They had to wash my car twice and it still looked dirty for$14 the first guy didn’t even power wash at all just rushed through if you want a great car wash don’t go here go to mister C’s I won’t be back and yes my car is new!
New management is terrible. They broke a chrome piece off of my truck the manager walked up to my truck looks at the front and says I see why it broke and walked away.
Absolutely terrible management at this place after the previous manager left. I would recommend staying away. He didn’t even try to help me with what happen or offer to give me a free wash. Absolutely terrible manager.
