You know when they said toys R us was coming back I was expecting much more than what was actually there. I’m still looking forward to seeing what will come from it i feel that they rethink what they have displayed and who they are trying to market for. But I had to get this picture, cause i don’t want to grow up cause maybe if I did i couldn’t be a Toys R us kid!
Feel sorry for the business I went to Macy’s women 1st floor and the experience was like I may came to some junk place lots of mess place was completely like trash you can clearly see in pictures zero customers services I did some shopping and tried to find the cashier went down they send me back on 1st floor but no security no cleaning or organizing.
Very nice store, variety of collections they have.
Little bit unorganized, staff needs to be put stuff at right places.
But overall is good outlet mall.
They have cafeteria inside that’s really awesome. You can have coffee and sandwiches there.
I don’t spend a lot of time in malls but it was refreshing to visit Macy’s. It reminded me why department stores are so much better than discount stores. The staff was friendly and readily available to help. The store was clean with loads of super cute clothes and quiet a few deals. Bathrooms were tidy and plush. No complaints
Connie at Reno Macy’s is a wonderful, I think she is a supervisor. Very helpful and attentive, without her I would have left without a pair of shoes for my kid. Sorry, but the actual sales assistant was not helpful at all, and didn’t show much effort. Connie showed that she cares, tried to solve the problem ( the light in one of the shoe was not working well), offered me another option, and I left happy with a great purchase. Thank you Macy’s
