a year agoOne of the better ones. As usual in these places there are boxes on the floors or items to be put on the shelves. Most things were stocked. Every thing you want from a dollar store and not crowded.in the last weekI found what I wanted and got out reasonably fast4 years agoIt’s an ok Dollar Tree. The employee that was there was great, she was friendly and helpful, even asked me if I was finding everything ok. I was, and as usual I went in for 5 items and left with 35! It was well stocked, but not the neatest Dollar Tree I’ve ever been in, but I only saw one employee so it would be hard to keep things straightened and check customers out too. I’ll go back I’m sure.

3 months agoNice cashier, clean store, and not really much inventory in the aisles like many others. There is a problem with homeless people hanging out around the door who directly asked me for money both times I’ve been there.2 months agoThe store was clean, stocked and the employees were actually kind and talkative. Great job on cleaning up the store and for better service. I’m more obliged to shop here now than before, a big change from a year ago. Plenty of carts and less waiting times.2 months agoStore was messy as usual but the employees were nice as always, providing the best customer service!10 months agoI find just about everything at the Dollar tree from hardware items that are a third of the price at home Depot to canned vegetables which I use to feed my dogs I don’t think I could live without the Dollar tree8 months agoThat little price increase is truly annoying, hopefully employees get a little,more,too. Not the happiest employees, can’t blame them though for how this turned out, I liked it better when mgrs. Had to check as well ,because some of the managers here in Reno won’t touch a register. At least they hired someone that will.

Amazing job by Debbie! Customer service was superior. Felt like I was a valued person part of the community. Big difference from the last dollar tree I shopped at.
Debbie even took the time to set boxes aside for customers that requested out, cutting down on our dependence of useless plastic bags. What an amazing form of character to go out of her way. Shame on dollar tree though for not even been in the system… So many corporations are behind. They just recycle the boxes outback. Consider letting customers use them! Be part of the solution, not the problem dollar tree. Make America beautiful again like Debbie!
I searched for a Dollar Tree that was close to the hotel I was staying at. I wanted to see what cotton yarn they had, they had all the colors that I wanted plus a new brand of pots and yarn I had not seen before. I was excited to get what I needed, and I saw a lot more that they have for Easter and other events. The store was clean inside and they had enough cashiers to make check out fast and smooth
This Dollar Tree store is a good one. I can’t take any stars off! I can tell staff works hard to put out all of their stock. That’s what keeps me coming back. Yea it can be messy, but that’s ok. I respect the work it takes to keep this store going. And am satisfied with their variety, so I’m happy to help keep it going too. 🙂
This store needs better management! The bathrooms don’t work, employees and customers have to walk to near by store. And the AC hasn’t worked in 4 months! The little ladys the do work there have little fans on them, but thats not enough! It was so hot while shopping!
I’ve been going there for years one lady that works there is prejudiced against native American and Mexican-American what do the complaint to manager what is she always going out one person and not the other when they come in with a backpack to only one set of people and they left other ones go in with backpack at the same time. Don’t care if she’s prejudiced but not good for business profiling race company store no room for racism in a company you will lose business this way.
