  1. Not open 24 hours as advertised was there last night after 10pm and several other nights. Last night December 22nd 2022 someone there was very rude and yelled at me through the window WE’RE CLOSED. They need to hire people who want to work and are more pleasant.

We stopped by because Starbucks was too busy and the person at the drive thru window and who took our order seemed a little angry like calm down please and the quencher I got was carbonated which I was confused cause the last one I got wasn’t so? 🤨 also the drive thru area was so confusing as well which doesn’t need to be like people just want food.

    Very disappointed placed Is a mobile order at 7:20am for 1 tea and 1 cookie. Took them until 745 when I was in thr building waiting to start making a simple drink. And now they want to charge 50c for honey. Something literally no other location does. Very underwhelmed by this location.

    I went in for my daily dub dub (extra large double double)(which I get twice a day). A kind young man brought me a delicious coffee, at first I thought it was a women on account of his high pitch vocals. I thought he was trying to flirt with me at first. I believe his name was (tangerine). Welcome tang to the work force.

    Food is always fresh! Staff try to get you on your way as soon as they can, despite some customers holding up the line. But with such a wide variety to choose from it can be hard to decide!

    I ordered 3 large coffee’s, I got extra large. I used up 2 free and I still paid for one, ok. The problem was, we ordered coffee. One of the coffee’s were decaffeinated and no one asked for decaf. Nothing was said when the coffee was passed to us either. Rude! Thanks for the experience.

    Filthy tables greasy floor bathroom locks were jammed up… Cold grey eggs, un-toasted bagels, hash brown was like a cold grease sponge and if you got a response from workers at best Broken English or just a glance over there shoulder as they prioritized drive thru

    Completely ignore walk in traffic as I watched 12 cars go through the drive thru in the same time two walk in customers were served. Sorry I wasted 20 minutes before I walked out without being served.

    Went to get a coffee at 7:50pm the hours on the door says lobby is open till 9pm… to add more frustration, there was a guy sweeping by the door as I knocked he completely ignored me, and walked the other way. Worst experience at at Tim Hortons ever…
