- Reviews:I had a poor experience at this location today. And it’s too busy and I have my kids so I can’t go in to complain. But hopefully this reaches the right person. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a bagel for myself and my 2 kids. And only recieved one sandwich and the bagel. So I didn’t get my food. It seems if was left overnight and they just reheated the bread. That shows the inexperience of food safety handling. I went all the way to the store with the proof of the sandwiches to then ask for the manager. A worker helped us immediately and went to look for someone in charge. The manager did not even faced us, he/she just sent their workers to re-make the sandwiches. I did not receive a single apology…By It’s Pizzas (2 weeks ago)After observing an employee use bare hands touching food, I commented that they should be wearing gloves on both hands. They rush you so much in the drive through that you forget what to order, it is the strangest thing!!! Fast service is one thing but this is insane!!! Also I refuse to back up from the window in the drive through to help your ‘numbers’ look better. 450 m away from Maffeo Sutton Park !! The person at the counter was nice and quick with our orders as well! 😁 No complains at all. The place is clean and good for a casual coffee hangout !
This restaurant is known to be the slowest in the city. Owner is never there and staffing levels are far below acceptable. Craig the owner is an absentee owner and has been for years.
Restaurant needs attention as 25 seconds or less on DT is non existent at this location. More like 2 min per car
My first ever meal in Nanaimo. It’s your regular Tim Horton’s goodness at a convenient location close to downtown, pleasant staff and fast service. 4/5 would recommend.
Yesterday I went there at 8pm, there is 3 car only at drive through infront me but I need wait more than 15 minutes. That is too long time You guys need more worker . I change my score from 1 star to 4 because I dont feel too mad anymore and I am business owner too. But you need hire more worker
