Two times in a row…breakfast sandwiches were not good…first one had lots of eggshell in it…the second one had half an egg…like they cut it previously for a wrap and forgot to put the other half. All tim Hortons are short staffed..I get it. But when you have 5 people working the drive through and one person working the till for people inside, while also making the coffees…what kind of message are you sending? I don’t believe that I have ever gone to Tim’s, and they had my 1st or 2nd or 3rd option available. Every Tim’s seems to have a lack of Chili, Wedges, Chicken Cravables at all times. I had to repeate myself like 5 times before the person taking my order was able to understand what I was saying, I was lucky that I received the correct order. this location refuses to provide a 2 sugar coffee thru drive-thru. Every time i go thru, the lady rings black with 2 sugars. When told i don’t want black, they argue with me, and i still only get black.
I have spoken with mangament and requested they stop keying in Black when it’s not stated by the customer as its resulting in me getting an incorrect coffee. Management informed me that sugar dissolves in very hot coffee, and i am mistaken about it being black. Avoid this location at all cost as they care not of the customer experience.
This Tim’s IS the best one in Moncton. If you want a great coffee made right every time, head over to this one. FYI, whatever bacon is used for the bagels, BEST EVER willl bring me back every time 🥓😍
Hot beverages are about the only thing worth getting at this location. For the past several months, any time I have ordered any type of food, 95 percent of the time it just ends up in the garbage. I mean, who wants a breakfast wrap that has more Chipotle sauce than it does egg or bacon? Or a breakfast sandwich that the English muffin is partially cooked at best?
I thought I would do the express orders to beat the lines. However they are never ready, and it always takes additional time to find my order slip.
There is no need to have one cashier serve the entire restaurant, whilst drive-thru is walking with no orders.
I have walked out after waiting 20 minutes in a line up.
Can an employee not jump on the other till to relieve the line up?
Got a breakfast wrap this morning, and it was awful. Was not grilled and tasted weird. I threw up on my way home after eating it. I have gotten these from this location several times and I have never been sick from it. Do better Tim Hortons!
