No problem, it was a busy Saturday afternoon, so I waited behind two ladies waiting for a cart. They get theirs, and as I patiently wait with my cranky toddler who is refusing to walk in my arms, the greeter gave an available cart to someone else who just walked in. So I ask the greeter “is this where I’m supposed to wait for a cart?” He replied “theyre all taken” – as if I didn’t understand that part. I had already been waiting for several minutes, so I decided to just go in and get what I could. As I make my way to the grocery department, lo and behold, shopping carts and roller baskets!! Instead of evenly distributing carts, they were all being stacked to one entrance. I feel like this is something the floor manager should be keeping an eye on, especially since there are lots of customers, so much so they can’t do a simple item verification on the phone.By Sally Rosen (a year ago)The site does not have the right information and sometimes says something is in stock when it actually isn’t in stock in store also the whole store is a bit mix disorganized. I have picked up groceries at this location many times and with the exception of a few, all have been terrible experiences. When I arrive, I call the number, like you are instructed to. Countless times I have been asked to wait! For what?! I have waited on multiple occasions, more than 30 minutes! While I wait, other customers are being served and getting their orders within minutes. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this Walmart. We go to the customer service, but she said just input mistakes, so we can’t get it free as law. So if we couldn’t find the price mistakes, we have to pay more 5 times money for it. If we find the mistakes, we have to pay our time to deal it, what’s a good business, all the process, no sorry for it!By simon zhang (5 years ago)I started grocery shopping at my local Wal-Mart when I noticed the difference in prices. Groceries can save up to 50$ per visit compared to other grocery stores! They also match any competitors prices and even seem to drop their own prices (see picture). Okay, so I have only been to 1 Walmart, oh no, 2 Walmarts in Canada, but this has been the most saddest one, I’ve seen since 98. It’s not one of the cleanest, not stocked well, thinks are just laying where ever. Granted, customers could be much more careful, when they look at things, but the Walmart staff should go through, on a regular basis, and pick things up, put them back, where they belong. The prices are relative okay, on some things. Staff I can’t say anything, because I only nearly bumbed into one, otherwise I didn’t really see any. The Lady at the register was very friendly, but laked some knowledge of the fresh bread, she took a long tine to find the 2 variety of bread I purchased.
Huge store for everything and some…. From car to housing, clothing, accessories, groceries (fresh and canned) for almost anything. You’re sure to find something useful for you, your house, your pet, friends and family. Unfortunately passing at checkout with cashier was a let down, not enough associates. Waited 15 minutes in line. A long time when you spent just 10 minutes shopping.
I only go there to buy groceries. Not bad but not the best either.
I like that the automated check out machines accept cash.
Things to improve:
– The shopping carts are huge. How about also offering smaller carts? That would be helpful.
– Store closes much too early on weekends, 5 pm, come on.. Isn’t it possible to partition off the grocery section of the store and keep that open until 9-10 pm?
– Way too many items have no price indicated on the shelves. This is particular to this one store, I haven’t seen this at other Walmart locations.
Customer service and common sense just doesn’t go together in this place. We bought a rug that was not the size we needed the very last day we were able to buy non essential items because of the pandemic restrictions. We realized next day we had to return it, however, since we are in the middle of a pandemic and the stores were limited on their sales, we waited to return it until regular sales restarted because the logic said that if they were not allowed to sell non essential stuff, neither they were accepting returns of those. The 2 managers we spoke to where absolutely not understanding of the circumstances and didn’t even try to help.
So disappointing. We are just ditching any Walmart store in the future. There’s plenty of stores out there..
