6 months agoMy wife came through in her new car that was purchased 2 days prior. When she went through she came out with a CRACKED WINDSHIELD. The manager on duty was great in helping us file a claim. But, a week later we got a letter from crew saying it wasn’t their fault and there was damage already to the windshield prior to going through the was. They didn’t even have the guts to call us and tell us they had to send us a letter because they knew that they were at fault. Why would we buy a car with a damaged windshield. I do not advise going to any crew Carwash location as although they seem nice, all that they want is money and won’t even replace something that was their fault to a customer who has been going there for over 5 years.6 months agoAs bad as it sounds, I haven’t washed my car in years(or at least it seems like) and as soon as I pulled up, there was a gentleman right there that greeted me, asked me about my day, and even talked to me about their different packages. He was EXTREMELY friendly and the wash did a great job as well. So, between the nice staff and the wash, I will definitely be back very soon!a week agoPoorest wash i have ever gotten since using crew carwash, paid for the complete package and at the end the light board said basic, which I believe because no tire shine, vehicle not dry, no underbody wash poor,poor,poor!!!11 months agoIt’s a good overall wash but I really hate coming to this place anymore. Too much emphasis on rushing people through. Every single time they stack cars so close together you can’t even see the headlights behind you. The brushes don’t even make it to the back of my car because the next car is that close. Today I asked them to spray the bugs off the front end. She did a quick spray after she got my car moving which was not effective at all and I had to go back through the wash again.a month agoDoes a fantastic job a fast in and out … I would recommend this Business to anyone…

a week agoHighly highly disappointed. First of all, the car wash is WAY too rough! Both of my mirrors were bent completely backwards. Secondly, what even is this? Weather mats were dripping wet with cleaner, console was not properly cleaned and I don’t even think they touched the seats. Will not return.3 months agoI recently had my car cleaned at Prime Car Wash, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service provided. The cleaning was not thorough and I found some areas still dirty after the wash. I would appreciate it if the staff could pay more attention to detail and ensure all areas of the car are cleaned properly. Thank you.6 months agoJust got home from Prime. Paid $44 for inside and out. Inside was decent, but outside was awful. See photos. Dirty rims, dirty wheel wells, dirty running boards. Not worth the $22 for a wash and wipe down. Just not cleaned well. The bright spot was Jeremiah. 5 stars for him. 2 stars for the rest of the experience and service.2 weeks agoI am an unlimited member, so get my car washed here fairly often. They always do an OK job, but today’s experience was great! Taylor left my vehicle cleaner than any other time I have been in! Keep up the good work!a month ago0 stars. I generally try to only post positive reviews but this experience was completely horrible. We paid $250 for a full detail and got our car back damaged and with dust and crumbs still all over the dash and center console, doors and buttons, a filthy rearview mirror and only the most cursory effort given to vacuuming the back, still full of pet hair and grass. Massive waste of time and money. Will post more photos soon. The man who came to “fill out an incident report” was incredibly rude and nasty. Don’t waste your time!Also still had bird waste on exterior that should have easily come off with any attention to detail.
Car mats were filthy and stacked hahazardly in the back.

This Crew car wash is the closest one to my house and I could not be more happy with that fact. I have been coming here once or twice a month for several years now. The service and quality is always excellent. The Automatic wash does a good job.The staff our always courteous and friendly. The vacuums our up to date and work well. They have free small garbage bags for your car along with free disposable drying towels. The pictures of my car our from a recent wash a few weeks ago after we had snow. Before the wash the entire car and wheels was covered in salt and dirt.
It’s okay, usually have to go through multiple times to get the vehicle cleaned properly… The staff doesn’t give you any issues in this regard, staff is amazing 5 stars for them. Just two stars for the equipment there. The wash never gets the car clean. Spending money for an ultimate wash should be good with the first wash you get done. Secondly for the equipment, the vacuum pumps are HORRIBLE! They hardly work, some of them DON’T work at all! Poor placement for using them, some do not even have the mat holders for your floor mats. They need to do more regular routine services for the machines there to make it more customer friendly. The staff does a fine job emptying the trash and everything just nothing to help the suction in the vacuums. Had to use the vacuum cleaner 3 times just to get my car halfway clean…
Since my house is surrounded by trees, finally decided to sign up for the unlimited plan. At one of their locations every other day. 🤣🤣 Always greeted by a smiling employee. Would be five stars if there was a multi-car deal.
The people there are nice and top of their game. Lost a veteran magnet of mine and they went in and got it for me. I can’t remember the young man’s name but he was very helpful!
This is our favorite location, I thought I already left a review because of how absolutely fantastic the employees are. i try to go through in the mornings, and I always have my kids with me. The employees make my kids so happy and excited every time! They draw faces on the windows, give us stickers if they have them and today they were out so they gave us these cute little stuffies! I was so bummed when this location was closed due to the renovation but it was 100% worth the wait. I live closer to other locations but honestly will go out of my way for this one! Give your morning crew a pat on the back because they ROCK.
