  1. I always enjoy going to Petsmart. Purpose of my visit was professional and spoke with employees and manager. They had smiles on their faces and the store stays consistent with cleanliness and order. I visited the dog grooming area and the workers seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing and commented their pleasure working with the dogs. I’ll definitely be returning as a patron.

  2. This is my favorite place to go to get big feeder fish for my turtle. They sell the minos and the small goldfish for $0.20 a piece and the larger feeder fish for $0.36 a piece. The workers are pretty knowledgeable every question I have. And everyone is always willing to help. I bought my turtle Holloween Costume here too. He was a toco.

    This store is high quality great staff and a veterinary clinic on site. Very popular place that people like to shop at.

  5. They did a great job with both of our boys. Goldendoodle Jake and our Labrador Blu were smelling fresh in time for them to be hunkered down inside during the icy storm. Easy to schedule and available times.

    This is the most discusting dirty store I’ve been in. I tried to return a dog collar too big for my new puppy and was told I could only get store credit. I didn’t want credit because in addition to being dirty it was poorly stocked and didn’t have the right size. I asked Rod the General Manager for his bosses number. He gave it to me and I called. It was just customer service. I went back to Rod and he said he couldn’t give away personal information. I said I didn’t want personal information I wanted a regional manager’s number. While waiting to talk with customer service about getting a refund I started taking pictures of how dirty the store was. Rod told me it was against Petco policy and I asked where that policy was stated. He didn’t answer and I kept taking pictures walking through the store. A few minutes later, security walked up and asked me to stop. I told him I was on the phone with c/s and he went to check with Rod. He came back and said I was asked to leave the store. I did and waited outside until c/s said taking pictures of a store was not against Petco. I asked a clerk at the front of the store if he could call Rod outside. He showed up and I told him taking pictures was not against policy and then he said I was kicked out because I was being vulgar. I had not been being vulgar and security never once said anything about that being the reason why but Rod decided after being caught to change his mind. Well I then decided to be vulgar to him and then walked off. Security then showed up again as I was walking to my car. Rod is a lieing POS and runs the most discusting store ever. Petco should be ashamed at having their name on the outside of that place and I hope the regional manager sees how dirty and I’ll stocked it is and fires Rod. Goto another store where you aren’t afraid to let your pet walk.

    Aurora is my dog Biscuit’s favorite groomer! She is kind and patient. Very attentive and gives detailed reports. I appreciate her so much! Sam, in grooming, is also wonderful! PETCO and local pup parents are so lucky to have them care for our “babies”.

    The Grooming Salon at Petco in Waco, Texas is fantastic. All the staff are very friendly and you are greeted the moment you walk through the door. They are ALWAYS so sweet to our little boy when we bring him in for a toe nail trim.

    Buddy, our fur baby, loves it here so much! He’s been getting the puppy spa package since he arrived and I have never had any problems. I was warned to not go to another well known competitor in town for grooming services. I did not know for myself where to take my precious little baby English bulldog pup. I have been very pleased with the service and the groomers’ handling of #Buddy and feel very good about sharing our experiences with everyone.

    The Waco Humane society has some of the most kind hearted staff in Texas. I enjoyed every minute of my time there because I could tell everyone cared so deeply about the pets well-being. The facility was very clean and kept up well. Highly recommend visiting as a volunteer or as a potential pet parent! 🐶❤️

    Highly recommend working with Alijah. He was knowledgeable about the animals and seemed to care a great deal for them. We told him what we were looking for and that we had a cat. I wasn’t looking for a pit bull. But when he brought Chive out I fell in love with him. Great job matching him with us. Staff at the front desk was also pleasant to work with. We call him Rex now.

    This shelter was well organized and clean. We checked in and a volunteer brought us on a walk through of the kennels. So many dogs! It’s so heartbreaking to see. We took a couple pictures of dogs we were interested in meeting. She then brought us out to the play yard and brought each dog out to meet us. After our first couple picks didn’t quite match up, she asked us a few questions and made a couple suggestions that were a much better fit. If you go to adopt, I do recommend letting the volunteer make a suggestion as they work with the dogs and get to know each one well. For our family needs her suggestion was perfect! My husband wasn’t on board but all the kids and I agreed, Rebecca was a winner! I highly recommend adopting here if you can. So many dogs in need of homes and the facility is top notch.
