Great experience! Today I had my first visit at Alpine Spinal rehab. Although it was very busy they took care of me right away, after signing a million papers, an assistant gave me a tour of the office (something a healthcare place has never done for me before!) Took some x-rays then met Dr. Mike Vanchiere. He was super friendly, easy to talk to and helped me understand what my back needs to feel better. He kinda looks like Joe Rogan and his tennis shoes were rad. Then they did some E-stim on my back and scheduled my return appointment for this week. I got all these things for a SUPER great price! Overall, Dr V was very helpful and kind, the staff was friendly, the prescribed exercises proved helpful and my back pain was being addressed.
Fast forward to a few Decembers ago, I was rear ended and became an auto injury patient. The billing issues have been terrible!!!!!! It’s now been almost 2 years (over 1.5 year since I have last been seen) and my case still hasn’t been settled. Earlier this year (March 2022) I was told that I had an outstanding balance of $340 and that someone would be in touch from their office to settle it. No one reached out (no letters, emails, calls, etc) so I thought it was resolved until I was called by their office in October 2022 stating I owed them OVER $4,600 😱😱!!! 👈it bares repeating that I hadn’t received a service since mid April 2021.
Still not resolved. Weeks have gone by without response to questions, discrepancies in ledgers, untruthful claims (“we didn’t receive a dime from your insurance” when they had been paid $3,000).
Interacting with their billing has been far more stressful than the car accident itself. Would not recommend.

therapy is amazing! I’ve been in way too many car accidents and after my most recent one I decided I needed extra help and the past chiropractor I saw for 5 visits didn’t feel like it helped much. Just after about a week or so at ASR I felt SO much better. I am truly so so grateful! I have been seeing improvement and I’m excited for further improvement.There are very frequent personal touches that make you feel valued when you arrive as well, including personal notes after your first few visits, and a nice welcome sign when you arrive the first time.

Great service and great staff. They relieved my back pain in 2 adjustments. The were able to get me in their schedule fast. I scheduled a massage on my second visit, it was amazing. They are very fair priced and offer a membership that is all inclusive. 10/10 rating
Great experience at this clinic. Both Dr Baker and Dr Jones do great adjustments and are certified to do acupuncture and ozone injections. The massage therapists are incredible and surprisingly affordable for an hour massage. The front desk staff are attentive and friendly. Definitely referring my friends and family.
Love going here! They have always been able to help me with any issues with my back and neck pain. I would recommend coming here. Staff is welcoming and caring. I have come here for massages and back adjustments for a couple of years now. I will continue to do so for years to come because they are that kind of awesome!
I have loved my experience with Axcess. I’ve been to a few different chiropractors before but Doctor Baker and his team definitely stand out above the rest.
I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility as well as the friendly staff but most importantly, I love that each time I come, I don’t feel like they are in a rush to get me in and out. I’m able to either sit in a massage chair or receive ESTIM before my adjustment which is always welcome if my muscles are feeling extra tight.
I feel like they give me adequate attention and I leave feeling better than I did when I entered the center.
Highly recommend.
I’ve been to a bunch of chiropractors and these guys did in one or two visits what others couldn’t do in months of follow up. They understand how to find the source of problems and not only adjust but work the muscles and everything to achieve great results. They’re all very knowledgeable and I know I’ll be taken care of here. Definitely recommend.
