I had been experiencing neck pain and stiffness and mid back pain for about a year. Then my carpal tunnel worsened in my left arm and my elbow starting hurting with exercise. PT wasn’t correcting the issue long term and one exam revealed some issues in my cervical spine. My trainer recommended Raleigh Specific Chiropractic so I decided I would give it a try. Fast forward to 3 months later and I can turn my head without any pain or stiffness! I didn’t even realize how bad it had gotten until it didn’t hurt. My elbow is healed and I have no further pain with exercise. The numbness in my hands has improved drastically. My back issue still flares up with heavy work but has also greatly improved. The front desk staff is always smiling and kind, and very accommodating to schedule changes. I was skeptical of chiropractic work until now. They were recommended by my chiropractor in Charleston, SC when I moved back up here. I love that they took xrays and did other tests before they started my adjustments. That way they knew what to do to help my issues. I have been treated by both Dr. Winget and Dr. Workman and they are both awesome! Most times I see Dr. Workman and he has been so helpful to get rid of my knee pain and give me hip adjustments to assist in that. First couple of visits worked like magic and I was out of excruciating pain. I am hoping that I heal completely after my course of treatment is over. The office is state of the art and scheduling is a breeze. Looks like many chiropractic facility do not have decompression machine but this has a good one and I always get relieve after the process. All the doctors and the office attendants are very friendly and helpful. Staff is super friendly and quick! I can get in out and on with my day! The doctors are also super knowledgeable and are always happy to take the time to answer my questions. It’s my first week and so far so good!
Doctor Scott is amazing. I come in the morning before work and I feel like I can fly. Very professional and a really nice guy. Everything was explained easily on what is going to happen and the at home process.

This place runs like a super friendly, well-oiled machine. Everyone takes the time to introduce themselves and explain each step of the process to you. I have never had such a pleasant experience in a medical setting. Not to mention how much better my back feels after less than a week of treatment. I highly recommend them for chiropractic care!
I highly recommend Crabtree chiropractic for all your chiropractic needs. From the initial consultation to the maintenance phase everything has been fantastic. All of the doctors and staff are very professional and courteous. The office is very transparent about any potential out of pocket expenses and insurance coverage. I’m already seeing results in a short amount of time.
