Right now there are additional savings due to students going back to school , & summer coming to an end. There is still a great selection of summer clothing. The employees let you shop in peace.
We went to look at a table at this location and were told we had to order it online. We ordered it and it came used and damaged. We bought this dining set and the boxes came destroyed like they had been through a hurricane. 1 of 6 chairs came assembled and everything in general came damaged. There was a 4 inch scratch on the dining table and wood and material peeling off of everything. We wanted to return it 1 day after delivery and were told we had to wait 3 weeks for an inspector. The inspector came and said that was the design without looking at everything we pointed out parts and they ignored us and refused to look at everything. We would tell him something and he would say that’s the design. Big scratches and wood lifting is not a design. Macys then tells us from the pictures they can only provide a discount but no refund when it looks all used and damaged. We had to talk for 2 hours and escalate it and the best they offered was us paying almost $300 to return it. It’s a cheap price for the table but we were not expecting it to be used or damaged. Now we are out that money and we had to get a dining table from elsewhere. Go to American Furniture they have better options and way better customer service if something comes damaged they replace it immediately at no cost.
Very clean department store. They have totally forgotten about older male customers. Their suits selection, brands, and styles say a lot about their buyers. They really don’t want our business. Unless you want to compromise and follow the fads of today’s world. I don’t dress in skinny pants and jackets. I am a fit older man who likes to dress my age.
Maya in the Beauty Department was amazing! She helped me find new products and color matched me as well. I’ll be back due to the outstanding customer service I received from her.
Was with my wife in cosmetics, the gentleman that was helping us was Josh , he was the most amazing , never have I had an experience of assistance in a dept store , he has a true care and understanding of the customers needs and wants . He listened to what she wanted and was so eager to assist ,she truly felt so comfortable about taking her time and making the right decision, we don’t get out much to shop , because we don’t like being pushed , he was fantastic , he should lead a team in sales do to the fact we got what we wanted but so eager to business with him in the future , what a great experience!!!
