3 months agoI ordered a chicken sandwich combo using the app.1. The food was cold. The soda was warm. 2. The order was missing the side of fries that were supposed to be part of the combo. Didn’t notice til i got home since the bag was closed. The manager refused to make right when I called about this. 3. Pick-up service is inconsistent. Half the time you’re supposed to pickup the food inside the restaurant. The other times, you’re supposed to go through the drive thru. Staff is snarky if you happen to guess incorrectly.
5 months agoThe opening hours on Google and on the door said 10 am to 10 pm. I went to buy food around 7pm. They wouldn’t let me into the establishment and had me walk through the drive-thru. I had promised to take KFC to a birthday party, but in other circumstances, I would have just left. I bought a complete family meal (I was a real customer). I realized that my cell phone had been discharged, there was only 3% battery left. I asked the lady at the window to please let me connect my cell phone to request an uber to go to the birthday party. She refused help because her manager was there. Horrible customer service and the manager should review his priorities. I will clearly never go back to that place.3 months ago8 piece tendersa month agoStale chicken. Hairs in bag, fuzz on chicken, no sauce as requesteda year agoI believe they are cooking with old grease. Or serving left over chicken the pieces are very small especially the legs. I have been to KFC in Paris France I was amazed how the chicken was cooked the same way on the television commercials and how perfect brown and crisp the chicken camed out. Sanpablo KFC needs to take lessons from Paris France KFC

a week agoSlow as molasses, 5 people from the drive thru waiting for 30 minutes or more for their orders, then they don’t even season the original recipe chicken properly, the colonel would be disapointed as I am.a month agoDo you know how hard it is to make and keep $40 these days? It was my birthday I had big dreams of having original recipe chicken delivered to my apt. I grew up around the corner from a kfc and hadn’t had it in a decade. My special treat turned out to be undercooked slop. Ghost white chicken without the Crispy brown og recipe I was expecting. I should have known better, but sometimes you have to follow your dreams. I always end up getting extra because I know I’m gonna kill it.6 years agoConstantly out of product and refuse to make more hours before close with people still coming in. Replacement pieces are so tiny you could eat in one bite. Women working in the back obviously hated being there and weren’t shy in showing it.2 months agoService seems to be getting worse and worse at this location always getting sent out to the parking lot to wait for your order after you go through the drive-thru.

Food is fine, normal kfc food. However don’t expect anything else in your order to be correct. I never receive the condiments/dipping sauce that I ask for they just give you whatever they feel like. I was given water after paying for a soda. Also I asked for honey for my biscuits and was given honey mustard instead.
I arrive there at around 9:30 and says on Google Maps that they’re close at 10 PM way up there and do the drive-through and the lady said they’re close and want to cancel my delivery. I don’t know if they’re supposed to do that, but that’s some poor service. And 9:36 is a little bit too early for them to close
I haven’t had KFC in years. I got a combo order today, and I was looking at receipt and I was charged 1) a 20 cent beverage surcharge, 2) .25 cents for a KFC bag. I was NEVER told about these extra charges. If I would have known I would ask for no bag and no soda that is included in the combo. Why is KFC charging us for a bag??? can corporate please answer and make it known to their customers. I was also in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes.
The service is very wonderful they are nice and polite even the restaurant is clean
KFC doesn’t sell hot wings anymore ? Boooooo. That is a travesty.
