Fast, thorough, and professional service. Highly recommend! Jon H. arrived on time to fix our clogged kitchen sink. He was extremely courteous, explained everything he did, and was just all around a great professional. He asked if we had any other plumbing concerns, so we asked about some problematic outdoor spigots. He communicated back to the office as this was beyond his scope and within 30 minutes Frank arrived and diagnosed the issue. He was able to rebuild both spigots during the same service visit, and just like Jon, Frank demonstrated the utmost professionalism and care. These guys take great pride in their work and made me feel comfortable. Not only was their work excellent, but they took the time to explain the repairs and educate me on proper maintenance – definitely recommend Lascko!!!

The entire experience was fantastic. They were open earlier then others, but very polite to chat with at 7am when I called about my broken heater. Their technician Ian was prompt, respectful of of our home, professionally dressed, insightful and very knowledgeable. Way above other services I have called previously. He educated me on several things I should be aware of without being pushy, and got my furnace working in very short order. If you need HVAC work done, I recommend starting with Lascko.
We were very happy with the service, we called about our furnace not heating after we tirelessly tried to repair it ourselves. I called this company and within 2 hours had a technician come out. Ian R. was very professional and knowledgeable and let us know everything he was doing each step of the way. We will definitely be using them in the future for anything else we need.
Our sewer backed up unexpectedly. Decided to take a chance on Lascko for the first time and they will definitely be our plumbing and heating team moving ahead. Jon and Brenden were great and did everything they could to resolve the issue quickly and took extra steps to make sure the service stayed reasonably priced. Highly recommend and am happy to join their family plan.
