  2. Our furnace stopped working yesterday. By noontime today our furnace was repaired and cleaned and the house was warm and toasty. The serviceman, Patrick Moore, was very friendly and explained everything up front including the cost, and did an excellent job. Thank you so much for great service, we will definitely be calling again for any of our plumbing and electric needs.

  4. I called Crisafulli bros. after hearing their commercials on radio. My wife and I just moved into a new home and our gas fired burner needed service and a new vent motor. Jeremiah was dispatched and provided excellent service. He was patient and was articulate when answering my questions and explaining what he was doing. We’re very happy with response time and having a professional job done with positive results and no mess.

  5. New system installed In January. Shortly after our heat stopped working during one of the coldest days of winter. We called (during office hours) and we’re told they couldn’t send someone at that time. I explained that we live on the mountain and if it snowed it would make the travel difficult. I also explained that it was 52 degrees inside our home. That did not matter. We bundled up and used space heaters. Later on we smelt something burning resulting in a call to 911. Turned out that the wires inside the motor in furnace were burning. Days after no heat, the motor was replaced.
    Fast forward – we recently had to turn on our AC, which did not work. Our home reached 94 degrees. I had called the Albany office and asked to speak to George, knowing he knew our home and history. I was told by the very rude receptionist that he did not have time and to email him the details as to what was going on. I was then transferred to the service department where I spoke to a very nice woman who was able to get George on the phone to resolve this issue. Service came to try to fix the system. A week later (and living in upstate NY) we then needed our heat again, which was not working. Service was again sent. Everything seemed to be working for about a week. Today, the heat is not working. The heat pump is struggling to kick on. I called & again was spoken to very rudely by the first receptionist and transferred to service who then transferred me to sales. I am extremely annoyed at this point & don’t know where to go from here. We have been left with a $13,000.00 + bill and an unreliable system.

    Very positive experience from initial engagement to job completion. Estimate was competitive and the job was completed exactly as promised, for the the estimated cost. I had a fairly large project to replace some old brass plumbing in my mothers home. The two plumbers arrived on time, did a complete job and cleaned up. They also reviewed their work to be sure I was completely satisfied.

    I called E.W. Tompkins looking for a plumber that could come out quickly to replace valves so I could get a washing machine installed. They were able to come the next morning, and not only replaced the valves, but also replaced my kitchen sink faucet. The work was efficiently completed and I am very happy with the service.

Turns out that the boiler was rusted out and Mike Durand and team replaced the old with a new one in just a few hours. Mike and team worked together with professionalism and efficiency to make my home warm again. I was impressed with the values they have for teaching the new and upcoming apprentices. I am using them again for another problem they found that I was not aware of and appreciate their knowledge and skill to evaluate and analyze these actual and potential problems that can otherwise destroy a home’s structural integrity.     Though we didn’t expect to spend as much as we did, the clog in our pipes was more significant than anyone realized. They called in extra help and stayed until it was completed, which I’m sure was past the time they were usually done for the day. I was very pleased with how professional they were. He said he wouldn’t leave until we were back up and running, and since we were without a toilet for 2 days this was a relief to hear. I thank Mike and the team that helped get us up and running. We will return next time we are in need of a plumber!

    My hot water heater bit the dust overnight. I called at 6 am and Ryan was here at 8, the job was finished at 9:30. Exceptionally responsive! A job well done. My only concerns are a) the exorbitant cost! and b) that they didn’t clean up the mess. I would have loved if they had vacuumed up the inch or two of water in my laundry room. That would have been the icing on the cake.
