  1. I had Bob Hamilton plumbing come out today to reseat a toilet that was rocking, and have a toilet plunger replaced. I felt it was a bit high for services rendered and received a call from Bob Hamilton within the day and we were able to arrive at a fair price for both parties. Kyle was great at fixing my problem and Chris was very professional. I’ll use them again

  2. Horrible company. Had sewer lines replaced. They dented my siding. Broke a fence, broke a gate, and did not come back to grade after the dirt settled. They also cut two trees down but left the stumps and did not tell me. They could have easily pulled them up with the equipment they had. They dug the sewer up and then told me they could not locate the drain so they filled it back in. Then sent another crew out to dig it up all over again. I talked to them but they had the money so they ignored me. Do not use them!!!

  3. I loved the customer service. They called to advise the time frame to expect the repairman, I got a 30 minute out call & even a text with the repairman picture so I would know who to expect at my door. Drew was very friendly & respectful. He quickly got the job done and only charged me the fee for coming out. Hopefully I won’t need their services again, but if I do they will most definitely get my business again.
    I highly recommend Bob Hamilton for your plumbing needs.

  4. Rudy and Jairo just installed a new HVAC system at a home i recently bought. They were awesome and the work truly exceeded my expectations. From the start, they communicated the arrival and then walked me thru the job they were going to perform and the approx. timeframe it was going to take. The job is now complete and it looks fantastic. Rudy and Jairo were great to work with, highly skilled, very professional. If you are looking to replace your furnace or AC, I would definitely recommend Bob Hamilton and if possible, I would ask for Rudy and Jairo. I know I will when I replace the HVAC in my other house later this year (or next).

  5. Rudy and Jairo did an excellent job installing my new air conditioner and heating system. They was on time, did an excellent job taking out the old and putting in the new. Answer all my questions and then some. Gave me full instructions and demonstrated on how to operate both systems. Clean up was excellent. Great customer service. You can definitely tell they know exactly what they are doing. Highly recommend these guys!!!

    The team that I worked with was amazing! They were able to resolve a situation that was made challenging by multiple factors. The cleared the clog and confirmed the line was clear all the way to the tie-in to the city system. They showed me the video and walked me through the items that they noted and the potential cause for the clog in the first place. They made suggestions on potential improvements that could be made to the system. Again, cannot stress it enough how great these guys were. At some point it changed from just another job and get paid, to truly seeing someone in need and doing everything they could to help. Great job guys!!

    Dating back to last year(2021), I have had multiple companies try to troubleshoot our drain line issues and no luck. The first trip from Roto, tech Chris, nails it on his first inspection. He’s very professional and straight to the point. Every time I have an issue, I give them his tech ID because of the quality he brings. 10/10 would recommend. (I’m sure the other staff is great too, but he’s my go-to.

    Jeremy was the best. Quality work, professional attitude, and a great price for all the work he did. I thought I had one clog in my main drain but he found a second one and didn’t leave until the job was done. Along with it being New Years Eve. If I ever have an issue I won’t think of anyone else other than Roto Rooter. Hopefully Jeremy is around the next time I run into an issue like this. Quality employee

    Chris and John were incredible and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone having any plumbing issues. They were here within 45 minutes and explained everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions and did such a great job cleaning up the mess and leaving my laundry room cleaner than before! They were extremely professional and efficient, they made an otherwise terrible situation so much better! Thank you again, John and Chris!

    Technician name William was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. This company is very good to use for your needs. The company is a little expensive for the service they provide but believe me it’s worth the money because they give you 6 months warranty. If anything happens they will do the service for free in 6 months. I will use this company in the future. If you wanted good service please give them a call.

    Tech was kind and professional. however, I paid for a cleaning but didn’t appear that they cleaned housing (dead insects still in housing), did not use compressedair or electronic vac to clean wiring or circuits and according to new Tech from competitor firm I had out today for bent gas control valve pins he said it was dirty and they didn’t clean flame sensor either. Roger’s did say squirrel fanneeded deep cleaning which they could do for addl 368$.

    Had the pleasure of working with Adam who is great. He’s very professional, trustworthy, and detailed. He took the time to listen to our issue and upon completion of his inspection he not only showed us where the issue is but also provided his recommendations and our options. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explained what he would be doing to correct the issue in detail. Adam is very honest and just a good person that you can trust.     Just got an estimate to replace a main shut off valve. Seems like an easy job since it’s not in a difficult to reach location. Quoted at $419 and said they would not charge us if they had to get into the drywall for any reason. I did like that they had a sheet with prices for all their possible jobs. Made me feel like I wasn’t being cheated. Have two more estimates to get but I would definitely use them in the future.

    Roger the Plumber is an aggregate plumbing and heating/cooling company, but we’ve been using their service for 3 years now and have always felt their contracted checkup service provided good value. A little pricey if something needs replaced, but the covered scheduled checkups keep us up to date, and balances out the cost well. More than anything, their service and employee standards are excellent, esp for an aggregate service. All of our service techs have been fantastic. Very professional.
