Richard was able to install the needed equipment in a timely manner while training an apprentice. A full overview of the setup was conducted after the install. sealing was a bit messy outdoors but great job overall.By Rob Anderson (a year ago)From the initial contact with Matt (sales) to the installation team and follow up with Collin (install supervisor) everything was amazing. Matt explained the financing options we had available through the State of Maryland, which was an easy process, to Collin coming out and taking a look to explain what would be needed to be done. All of them were very professional. Collin even had to make an extra trip and explain they would need to redo the return area in order for the unit to fit into the attic. Our first install date was cancelled due to weather but was quickly rescheduled and they arrived on time in the morning of the install. They walked through what they were going to do and then started working. It was a long day for them but everything was completed in one day and they cleaned up afterwards. Dave and his install team were very professional and did a great job. Collin came back out after everything was completed and provided some additional advice on operating the system. We have noticed a tremendous change in our house since we installed the new heat pump system. We are going to be signing up for the club membership for the maintenance when they come back in 6 months to do the routine maintenance check. I would highly recommend them for any Heating and AC work you need to have done. Good company with good people. Thanks. They call regularly to remind you about maintenance visits, and when them come on site they are incredibly respectful of your residence and your time. Our first experience was due to a problem with our heater fuel pump, and after that we signed up for their membership program. We’ve been fortunate to only require their regular spring and fall maintenance visits to ensure our system is still properly working and ready for the upcoming season, but nevertheless, they continue offer great deals on their other services, and deliver a great experience each time. One week later we have all new plumbing! I can’t say enough good things about the service they have provided over the years. After working with us to repair and keep our old system going for nearly 2 years, they installed a new system in 2018. The office staff is very responsive and does everything possible to get us scheduled promptly when we have needed service. The service technicians are extremely proficient, knowledgeable and thorough; they always take the time needed to investigate, explain and resolve any problems. They are also very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend McIntire HVAC. We had a broken water line before Christmas. We called Larry and Sons, they came out that afternoon, checked out the problem and gave us a quote immediately and promised to come out the following Tuesday. I really didn’t expect them to show, but here they were at 7am on Tuesday morning and ready to start work. They worked all day and came back early the next morning to finish the job. They were very pleasant and professional and I would definitely have them back if needed again. Thank you Chris Taylor and Larry and Sons for getting our water line fixed, you guys are great.
Spent 12,444 on a brand new central air unit which comes with a warranty, for the first few months was working great then started making a loud noise in the closet where the unit is, tried to set up service for someone to come look at and fix the problem since it sounds like an air leak, was told I had to pay $100 for them to look at it but yet it has a warranty? How is there a warranty when you have to pay to use it. I just feel like with spending over 12k only 6 months ago on the unit that they would be able to come look at an issue without it costing even more. Honestly starting to regret doing business with them and wish I would’ve inquired other places rather than just going off google reviews.

Just had Joe over for a clog in the upstairs. He knows his stuff, friendly, up front, charismatic and comes ready for the job. Taught me a thing or two about my drain system too. Late night call center and morning secretary were prompt and honest as well. Appreciated having the text and email confirmations, and a technician that actually shows up! Would happily recommend, and will likely need again someday.
