  2. Kudos to a job well done by Crawford Services. All of the team members were courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The staff including Kerry from sales, Justin with the project coordination, Tracie in accounting, Jesus and Allen with the AC installation, Victor with customer experience, and Brian from QC for the follow-up visit and completion of the humidifier installation. I was particularly impressed with the folks doing the installations. They were always courteous, customer focused, worked long hours, and did a first-class job. It was a pleasure doing business with Crawford Services; kudos to the team!

  3. For whatever reason our heater’s furnace wouldn’t light, only 2 days prior to a big cold front heading our way. Crawford services were able to get out to us the following day and although home repair is never pleasant, the company and technician made the entire ordeal painless and fuss-free. The tech in particular, Rodney, was efficient, knowledgeable, and so kind. I will never use another company for such repairs again. You won’t regret hiring them!

  4. Somebody hit my gas meter and I had to have a plumber come and reinstall the line to the meter. I called Doug and told him my issue. Not only did he send his team out the same day! They were able to fix my issues get permits, inspection done and get my gas back on the same day! They didn’t kill me on the rate to come out and service the home same day. As a matter of fact Crawford services were very reasonable and gave me a great deal ! Doug really cared about my situation, and his technicians were not only polite and very knowledgeable, but really cared about giving great customer service! If I could give Doug and Crawford services 100 stars I would! I really appreciate everything that they did for me and my family!

  5. Courteous, on time, pleasant attitude, informed me and answered all my questions along the way. Top notch service for my installation!
    We had to call them back for a leak post-install and our technician Jeff Pittman was on call this Friday night. He worked tirelessly into the evening to fix what he could fix, and determined we needed a plumber tech to finish the fix. Jeff was the utmost professional – patient, thorough, kind and knowledgeable. Most of all he really was motivated to get our job fixed correctly and completely. Crawford is lucky to have him! Keep up the good work!

    Black Tie Plumbing helped us when we needed it the most. We had a sewer line separate under our home that was causing all kinds of issues. Calling the main office was pleasant very friendly staff and our rep Jen was very sweet and compassionate. She understood our urgency and was very communitive, kept us up to date and in the loop which means so much to a worried homeowner. Matt Wise the VP of Operations and Sales was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You could tell Matt genuinely appreciated our business and wanted to help.     First of all, whoever is reading this, if you smell bad odors in your home, please contact this company. It could be affecting your health, allergies and overall wellbeing. I have smelled bad odors in my wall and home due to foundation issues After Blacktie Plumbing fixed the plumbing my home smells cleaner and there are no more bad odors. I had Blacktie Plumbing out to do some repairs on my sewage after my foundation was lifted. Mat and his crew Carl, Travis, Justin did an excellent job locating fixing the leaks under my home and in the laundry room. They even replaced my air vent hose on my dryer because it had to be moved. I would recommend this company to a friend or family member. Thank you so much for making my home smell good again.

    Great response and great repair. Almost everything went as expected. I was disappointed that the plumber didn’t perform a quality check when he completed his work. I returned home from the hospital to no water turned on in the house. The water was turned on at the street, but not at the house cut-off point. Not only was that inconvenient at 9P.M. at night and not feeling well I had to turn the water on and flush out the mud at the outside hydrant. The plumber should have tested his work. If he had I would have returned home to a home with clean running water. You can see the water cut-off valve is only six feet from the repair. The repair hole is still open because I requested that the plumber not fill it in so that I may use sand instead of the rocks that came out. A side note: I opened the hole and will fill it back in which saved the plumbers time and effort. I still paid the same price as if i hadn’t performed the hard work.

    From the very first phone call the service I received was great. The team kept me up to date with the plumber’s estimated arrival time. When the plumber arrived he quickly figured out the issue, gave me the price and had everything good to go in an hour. Will definitely call them again if needed in the future.

    As usual, the service was impeccable. James and his partner were professional, courteous, and proficient. They came in, diagnosed, and informed us of the possible issues and costs. Then proceeded with ease, and ultimately the price was less than initially suggested, as he expressed but had to give the possibility of said cost. Nonetheless, it was seamless, harmless, and highly efficient as I mentioned earlier. Awesome!

    I think Matt might have been your service man’s name, but I couldn’t ask for a better worker, patient serviceman who explained our system’s needs and how he repaired/replaced some needed item on the unit, along with standart 6 month maintenance. Please send him again, as they are all good, but I was favorable impressed with his dedication to check, clean, repair, and explain everything included and offer us options to our future services from your company. I rate him as a 10. Al Green.
