  1. After collecting several quotes from highly regarded HVAC companies in the area, the best quote came from Blanton. The installers, Dan and Alec, were top-notch in all ways and were professional and thorough in making sure everything was done right. They were very attentive to details, too. Since the work took all day (new two-stage system and air conditioner), it got too cold at the end of the day to charge the A/C, so Alec came back the next day at a convenient time for me and charged the A/C. He even took time, before arriving, to stop and buy a new 5″ basement drain cover to replace a damaged one from the day before – now THAT’S attention to ALL details in my book! And always polite and asking if I had any questions and offering suggestions when I didn’t know enough to ask a question on a particular topic (this is our first two stage system and our first humidifier attached to the system). Thanks for a great experience Dan and Alec!

  2. Dave, Mike & Matt were our guys from estimate to installation. All of our workers did amazing work. They were on time, worked efficiently, explained everything they did with great detail, answered any questions and cleaned up after themselves. They were very thorough with everything they did and were a pleasure to have in our home. Great guys with a very personable and professional attitude about what they do! We highly recommend their services, especially with these three men! 🙂

  3. They came out to fix a frozen hot water pipe. December 23rd. Close to Xmas, but not really a holiday. Have used them before, thought they were a good service, but a bit pricey. They charged me an extra 109.00 for an emergency rate, But isn’t any time you call a plumber an emergency? 500 dollars for the first hour, 350 dollars after that. Cost me 959.00 to get hot water running, rate was not discussed over the phone, just the emergency charge. Over 8 dollars a minute! Including the tech sitting in his truck waiting for another tech to help him. I will never use them again. More like a plumbing mafia than a business. Do yourself a favor, call a plumber with up front, honest pricing. I am sure they are out there. This review submitted by Randy Roland

  4. We have used them in the past and have been satisfied each time. This time we were fortunate enough to get David Smith as the plumber who put in a total double Sump pump system as well as a new water heater. Possibly the best service I have ever gotten. I will request him in the future. Also the company gets back to you 24/7 no matter when you call. If you truly want the best service, responsiveness and top notch equipment I absolutely recommend them 100% without hesitation!

  5. I called & spoke with Debbie, who was extremely friendly & courteous. What she quoted me for a clogged kitchen sink drain was exactly what I paid! They got me in the next morning after I called. The technician, Danny D, showed up early. He was very friendly & knowledgeable. Answered all my questions patiently. He explained what the root causes & what to do for preventative maintenance.

    I used Aqua Doctor plumbing for a leaking issue. Uncle Rob notified me with his ETA before my scheduled appt. That was awesome. He was punctual and thorough. The leak was addressed quickly.     We have used this company twice now. Once to do floor installation for 1600 square feet of finished basement space as well as all the trim work and crown moulding for the basement. They were very efficient and gave us a very fair price. Ulises is very honest and it’s clear he cares for his customers and truly is thankful for his customers trusting him to get the job done.     They were prompt to the appointments and very knowledgeable about what we needed for the installations and repairs. We found them extremely professional with regard to the work done. Their prices per project have been a great value so we have asked them back several times to do other projects for us. To date, they have pulled and repaired and installed a new toilet for us, repaired lines to and installed a new dishwasher, changed out a bathroom faucet, and installed a new vanity fixture in our first floor bathroom. They were very efficient and cleaned up any debris from the work done. We couldn’t be happier with the services they have provided and will continue to use them for projects beyond our ability to do. We found them to be extremely skilled and adept at providing a variety of services that have improved our home life and highly recommend!
