  1. I called Preferred Home Services for an HVAC repair after a wire was accidentally cut. Everyone I talked to was incredibly friendly and helpful. The technician was polite, explained the problem, explained the solution…really everything you’d want with a tech. The wire was cut by someone preforming some wildlife preventative measures. The wildlife guy ended up arriving while Preferred Home Services were here. He quickly apologized and took ownership of the problem. He will be deducting the repair cost from my bill with him.

    My problem with Preferred Home Services comes from the pricing. The work was repaired in about an hour. It required reconnecting two wires…for $467. Even though I’m being reimbursed for the cost, it feels incredibly high for what was completed. Their fees seem to be just a flat rate, regardless for parts/labor used. I doubt I’ll call them for future repairs simply due to their pricing structure.

  2. This was my first time ever using Preferred Home Services and I was totally blown away! I’m a retired military vet and they honored me with a very special maintenance package deal that can’t be beat by anyone else in the business! That really sold me right there! And a very special shout out to the technician, Joey Skaggs, who not only performed the maintenance on my home air unit, but explained each and every detail that made sense to me and showed patience in getting the job done. He even went beyond my expectations by repairing my Bedroom air ducts so that its getting the maximum air output circulating throughout the bedroom. No more trickling air! Now I’m sleeping in a very cool bedroom! Thank you, Joey and Preferred Home Services! I’ll be using you again on my next schedule service! You’ve got a lifetime customer! And thank you again for showing your appreciation to our veterans!!!

  3. When I dropped something on the faucet of our new water heater, it broke and flooded our garage. I was devastated and thought I had to get a new one. Aaron saved our new water heater, repaired everything and was really professional. He even did some courtesy work while he was waiting for the heater to fill again. He also showed me some tips and tricks to maintain the heater. It was a bit pricey, but the service and professionalism was definitely worth it!! Also, Aaron came with a lot of equipment and the service comes with 2yrs warranty. That justifies the pricing.

  4. So, this will be a long one. I had a very old HVAC system, so I got a quote from a couple of the highest rated places around, to see about getting it replaced. One company got me a quote very quickly without even coming to the home, one company did not reach back out to me, and Preferred Home Services went above and beyond. They sent Josh out to my home the next day, and he thoroughly went over my system and spent nearly 2 hours with us discussing our options. He was extremely friendly, professional and informative. I will say, the quote was higher than the other company, but it was well worth it, due to the amount of work they put in. The day after Josh was there, they installed not only the HAVC, but a water heater as well. James and his crew did some seriously high quality work that I don’t believe I would have received anywhere else. Aaron, who installed the water heater, was beyond nice and did a fantastic job. I couldn’t say enough positive things about everyone we encountered, again, making the price worth it, to me. I am definitely happy I made the choice to go with this company, and will always use them in the future.

  5. From the beginning to the end, Preferred Home Service has been the absolute best!! Quick response from the initial text to getting our technician, Nathan, here on a Sunday morning. Our laundry room is quite small and limited space for a water heater. The first one didn’t fit but Nathan picked one up Monday morning and was here before 9:00 AM. He was very professional and efficient. After the installation was finished, he went up in the attic to ensure the flue was not disrupted. We will definitely use them again if we need anything around the house.

    From the very beginning of my encounter with Scott coming out to diagnose the MANY things wrong with the initial install by a general contractor, to the install crew and ultimate follow-up visit, my experience was flawless. Scott was very thorough in his inspection, very thoughtful in his recommendations and explained everything in detail and answered my questions putting my mind at ease with the work that had to be redone. My gut told me to trust him and I am very happy that I did! When the day came for the install crew to do their thing, they got right down to business. Scott came along in the morning to show them what needed to be done, then Paul, Dominic, Whit and Andy literally transformed my system to a beautifully done re-installation. They actually created a more efficient design, everything was clean and streamlined, and the best part is that for the FIRST TIME since I have owned my home, my air was BALANCED. Both sides of the house maintain the same temperature, I can feel the air flow in ALL rooms and I feel safe knowing that the work was done CORRECTLY! It was so refreshing to see a company with employees who CARE about their quality of work and customer satisfaction. These guys stayed and worked the entire day, a little into the evening to ensure everything was complete and working. They cleaned up EVERYTHING and then showed me the work and explained what was done. The work is so “pretty” that every time I have to go in my attic for anything, I smile to see it. I cannot say enough good about them, so I will end by stating I would recommend this company without reservation!

    Bradley and his partner were punctual, polite and professional, letting us know what was going on with the natural gas line install every step of the way. They took every precaution to be as noninvasive as possible as well as clean. The end result of their work was better than expected and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The price for the job was more than fair, in my opinion, and I will certainly use this company’s services again in the future and most definitely recommend them to friends and family.

    I cannot recommend this company enough. We recently bought and moved into a house that had an A/C unit pushing its timeline. We decided to have it replaced before any major issue’s occurred. LimRic has by far been the best company I’ve ever worked with. Unfortunately when our house was built they didn’t do the ventilation system very well so the technicians ended up spending a full 12 hours working to not only install our new unit but also fix any issues they came across from the original installation. They worked non stop, minus one very much earned lunch break. Not only were they hard working but I have to rave about how amazing they are with kids. We have a 2 and 3 year old and anytime one of them walked past my kids would always say hi and the guys would either stop and respond or continue on hustling but still respond and each time it made my kiddos laugh with joy! As a mother I love seeing other adults interact and treat my kiddos with the respect and compassion instead of ignoring them just because they’re kids. We had a follow up appointment today just to verify all went well and I mentioned an issue we had before installation and our technician, Whit, was super helpful and after taking a closer look he informed me the original installation wasn’t done very well and he’d be having his team come back to fix the issue for us. Last thing I definitely need to mention is how amazing these guys are at cleaning up after everything. They used drop clothes everywhere they could and the places it didn’t cover they fully swept AND vacuumed to the point I’m pretty sure it was cleaner than when they arrived! Needless to say I highly recommend this company to anyone that requires services they provide. P.S. HUGE thank you to Whit, George, Mike and the rest of their team for an amazing job!

    Woke up to a leaking water heater on a Saturday morning by dinner time we had a new water installed. Johnathan L was very professional and knowledgeable of the process. He explained everything so we could clearly understand what was being done. I would definitely recommend Lomric plumbing to anyone who has not only an emergency on the weekend but for any normal service. We will definitely begin calling Limric for any other plumbing and ac services. They really went above and beyond and have gain customers for life.

    Tankless water heater install. Needed it asap. Customer service of the calling service and the technician was excellent. Was so pleased with the responsiveness, friendliness and quality of work. It’s been awhile that I have had a good experience with a company. Would definitely recommend and use this company again. We had to go out of town and the technician came that night to assess and returned the next day to install. We were able to keep our vacation plans. So pleased with the whole experience.

    At this point, I’m quite tired of trying to work with this company. I’ve used Lowe’s and this is their 3rd party contract. Honestly I’ve had payed for a ridiculous amount to have major problems with installing a new unit for selling the house. Now it has caused damage to my walls and ceilings cause of water damage which is spreading out. To better move forward, y’all definitely need someone to verify work is done correctly. You have technician coming out here but you don’t have some sort of quality assurance to see if it’s been done right. Cause now, here’s my issue which will cost more to fix

    The ARS plumbing department did a great job replacing our main sewer line between the home and the street. I give a big thanks to their plumbing team John, Raul and master plumber on site for getting it done in 1 day for us. Thank you again!

    They’re okay but wishy-washy .I highly recommend not getting a new system from A.R.S. rescue rooter.I’m sad to say it but to be honest with you it’s been a nightmare .I had to change dealers because of that.But other than that they have been awesome .The last guy who came out here was very respectful to the property .he was also respectful to me and the unit. He was very precise and thorough and I was very happy with the end result .also he was very honest. So you’re probably wondering what did they do wrong? well For one according to our carrier dealer. which that’s the name brand of the unit . what we bought was a carrier. If you’re wondering what the model was .it is a 48 VL 14seer. So it’s a gas pack. The dealer said A.R.S. rescue rooter butchered the unit the wires were connected wrong. however the guy who came out from A.R.S rescue rooter to give us the estimate were very nice and respectful .He was awesome and funny. They just need better quality control. That’s it. That’s how you can improve .A.R.S. rescue rooter.Also they’re not certified by carrier according to carrier’s website. I always try to use manufacturer certified dealers. so when I found out that A.R.S. rescue rooter is not certified by carrier anymore. That is when I cut the contract. Also they forgot a p-trap .which is a problem. They could have done a neater job to.

    Repairman Ashley came out quickly to our home. He assessed the problem and made repairs in less than hour. He was thorough and explained in understandable manner why the system stopped working and what he did to make repairs and/or get it working again. From time I called to report problem and it being satisfactorily taken care of was less than 24 hours. As always, I am very pleased with the services provided by ARS.
