3 weeks agoIt’s ok, but I find the service is impersonal. Sure it’s just a service center but I feel cars are a personal part of our assets. I’ve never had an issue with them at all but the focus always seems to be in and out. That’s it. So if you’re looking for a mechanic who’s going to look over your car, don’t go there. But for a car wash or quick oil change.. I mean it works. They’ve never left me stranded. I would trust them with that.a month agoI wanna give a thanks to cece and Nicole for being very friendly and helpful with letting me inside to vacuum my car. And they also gave me a wet rag to wipe my car down. Very helpful! 5 stars to the both of them2 months agoMy ex-wife really needed a car wash & vacuumed. She had never been there before and Niki was very helpful explained it all. Process went smooth & she has a clean car inside & outa month agoDoing alot better than when first opened. Dont run out of towels like before but still need to have more. Like that they now leave a gap between cars. Had an incident early on where if i had not braked because like had stopped and since i was told to put my car on N in the entrance where it slopes down i would have hit the car in front. Stopped going for awhile even though i pay monthly. Staff has always been courteous when ive dealt with them. Facility has always been maintained cleaned.3 months agoAlways like the Drive and Shines over the other car washes. We are a ruby member and enjoy using the indoor vacuums. Had a special treat to today when a gentleman by the name of Harlem came and took our rubber mats and sprayed them off. Much appreciated!!!!!

2 months agoWe had automated car wash here , service was up to the level with friendly staff. Our car shined instantly after the wash . Only thing I felt they could improve is ,making the wash a bit longer. No scratch or damages were done .

Definitely coming back .a month agoI had my car wash with them; took the ultimate wash which is usually $22 but got at $17 on memorial day sale. They cleaned up the tires and whole car body pretty well. Got a good shine right after the wash; nothing broken no scratches caused. Had a perfect experience! Definitely gonna come back.a month agoBest place to get your car washed in Northern Indiana! I live in Indianapolis, IN & there is no car wash in the big city that can compete with Mike’s Car wash of Mishawaka. I went in for a basic wash & my car is so clean – it looks like I have a brand new car. If I were in Indy – I would have to get my car washed three or four times to get h.a.l.f. the results of what I received at Mike’s. The car washing experience is much better and they use better wash solutions to completely clean your car when complete. When I’m in Indy at (the other car washing place) – my car feels half clean and I’m always stopping off in the near parking lot to get out my own towels and spot clean the rest. When you do something – you do it right & you do it right the first time. Mike’s Carwash of Mishawaka is prime example of people who still do things right and give five star service with five star results. Please support this location as much as possible. You guys are the best of the best – bar none!3 months agoThey are always friendly and if you go Sunday evenings they are normally slower and take extra time rinsing your car before going through the car wash.4 years agoI love it! The staff are friendly and the car wash was efficient! I chose ‘works’. It’s like a new one, but the area (underbody) close to the edge was not cleaned very well.. still some mud. Overall I am satisfied.

Always fast and amazing service have gone there for oil changes the last 4-5 times at this location. They’re super friendly and do an amazing job explaining all the options and memberships. Elizabeth did a great job and even gave my dog a treat. Definitely top place to go for oil changes.
They were very nice, offered me more than I wanted. Didn’t hassle me about saying no though. Checked my lights and replaced one for only $8, with bulb and labor!Also, they gave me a free car wash. Will definitely be going back. 🙂
Having been a business owner the most important aspect of a business is establishing trust with your consumer. I had my oil changed at this location on July 6, 2023. First, the recording outlining the services offered is at best misleading stating the price of an oil change being $49.99. Of course, as you find out, that is the starting point and can go up from there, and those prices are not mentioned in the recording.
Secondly, when the associate checked my lights I was told that all were working fine. I questioned about the daylight driving lights specifically and was told that the were working. I knew that was not the case because I the DRL light was on, on my dash and I had checked them prior to my arrival and knew they weren’t working.
Third, when given the list of items that were overdue on my vehicle since my last visit (mind you this was my first visit with this particular vehicle) I was told the antifreeze had a bad smell and was probably nearing time to be changed. But, less than a year ago I had a timing belt and new water pump installed on my vehicle with all brand new antifreeze. I suppose anything is possible to have happened internally in the vehicle’s engine to the antifreeze in the last year, but highly improbable.
And fourth, no mention was ever made of the air filter nor the cabin filter.
Sorry, but no trust established here.
I’ve been using Drive and Shine for my oil changes for almost two years now. I have had zero issues with prices, and haven’t had to fix anything in post. Thomas was my most recent team member and he was awesome
