in the last weekI never had a problem with this place up until recently. Their cleaning jobs have gotten so lazy over the past year to the point where I can just do a better job myself! Today I just had it and I’m not coming back here. I paid for first place which includes what the pictures I attached are. Does this look clean to you at all??? I wasted almost 30 bucks for something I could’ve done myself. Absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied!! If this looks clean to you then I must be nuts!!!!2 months agoThe staff is very friendly and accommodating but the service or items for service could be better. I purposely went early in the morning in hopes of avoiding exactly what I got… overall the cleaning was ok. This is my first time bringing my brand new car to the car wash and now I have scratches in the interior, some random scuff mark in the hood and little dust particles in key areas. When I asked one of the guys to please wipe some areas again, he did and was very accommodating to me. I’d say this is a you get what you pay for type of thing but my rule of thumb is always try to get there first so you get the dry cloths and better attention to detail. It’s a constantly moving car wash so although I’m not surprised about not having stellar quality, I’m annoyed I’m leaving with scratches & a rushed vacuum (for which I will now have to go to a gas station to vacuum myself). Didn’t take a picture of the other dusty places but after I asked they cleaned it up very nicely. This is a 3 month old 2023 Mazda Cx5 and went in unscratched. I’m soooooo upset my car is scratched, the more it settles in the more bothered I am.
Edited: the 3rd place option says rainx is included but I don’t see that effect when I sprayed to clean my windshield.
a week agoIf i’ve had ten car washes over the course of 12 years they’ve always been top notch. Very nice people and staff. Today, I just received the worst car wash! I could have wasted $25 on lottery tickets easier! Really disappointed with service today. Please improve service for the cost your are charging.a week agoI personally always had a great experience with the car wash and detail. I don’t think you people that give negative reviews understand that a full detail costs $$$ if anything they’re giving you more for your money. Be grateful5 months agoI went to get a car wash because my truck was disgusting. There are lots of options from affordable to much more, depending on what you need. I needed a bit more and they were great. I took everything out of my car went in to pay and they put everything back in my car for me. I thought that was so nice of them. They also let me and my son rise inside whole we went through the car wash, he was so excited. The workers are always smiling and nice. I definitely plan on going many more times.

2 years agoI was always wondering where I can go and wash my car by myself because the car wash ALWAYS miss spot or is not clean properly, one day I came across this place and I couldn’t wait to come and try it out. It is really good and I will definitely come again, my reason for giving it 4 is because there is no instruction of how much money it will give you for each minute plus the brush need to be change. I swipe the credit card twice thinking it didn’t read it and I notice in my credit card history it charges me $10 dollars and it was 20 minutes, not bad at all. I will definitely check again when I go to see if I miss the instructions and if I do I will update my review it overall will definitely go.a month agoIt’s convenient and it’s not pricey, so that’s great. Service is too bad did the full service of $46 for suv. The car is not cleaned good. All the dust are still there and had to ask them to wash the mat at the end. Didnt do all the job asked by me in the beginning.
LONG OVERDUE REVIEW!!! I was getting ready to bring my car son’s car back after leasing it and was really worried about the condition of the car. The car had been sitting in the driveway for months, collecting leaves which burned the paint. Antonio in the detailing shop gave it a good buff and polish, the car looks amazing!!! (The Camaro in the picture)
Oakley’s has consistently been my favorite place to go for a couple years now even for regular washes. They do such a thorough job on the interior/exterior washes, almost looks like they detailed it. The after 6PM $10 cash car wash is a bargain.
Love this car wash. Great quality and 48-hour policy for exterior. The manager is super friendly and always helpful. He knows me because I call him to see if it’s busy. This car wash is convenient and has nightly specials too.
I pay 28 dollars and my car is not even clean the worst car wash ever
Update: Juan and his team, made everything right and cleaned the truck again and redid the hand wash. I appreciate that they stood behind their work. This gesture is most appreciated and I will continue bringing my truck to their car wash.
Not many places are willing to fix situations when they go wrong. Oakley’s, exceeded my expectations.

Disappointed that I spent $70 on the Blue Coral treatment and when I got home I see they put so much tire shine on my tires all that product sprayed both sides of my truck pretty bad. The tire shine is sticky and stains the paint. There goes the blue coral….
You have to either train the detailers to put less tire shine or find a different product because the end result is that when you drive off the car will get smeared on that and it’s wasted money. You outta know better you’re in the car detailing business.
