1. An older lady working in the dressing room today was incredibly rude and demeaning to me in front of other customers. When I came out of the dressing room it was crowded and chaotic. I was trying to get out of the way for others and be helpful by putting the items that didn’t work for me away on the rack outside the room and she yelled at me saying, “it’s first come, first serve” and said I needed to get in line. I was confused because I wasn’t trying to cut into any lines. I was also confused as to why she wanted me to get in a long line for the dressing room just to give her back the clothes that I already waited in line for, tried on, and didn’t intend on purchasing. Not only was I embarrassed, but it honestly ruined the fun time my friend and I was having in the store and made me feel unwelcome. If she needed me to do something different, no problem, but she could have been nicer about it. I won’t be back to this store location because of her.

2. I am grateful that Marshall’s is so dog friendly. My Shiba Inu Suki was recovering from surgery and had activity restrictions. All of us were getting so bored staying put in the house. A change of scenery helped so much! I pushed Suki around in a cart with her dog bed squished inside for comfort. She got a few pets from people and it gave her some mental stimulation just being out of the house.
   Also, it worked well for Marshall’s, as we spent over $200. They had good after-Christmas deals and great discounts on dog clothes. I bought Valentine’s Day gifts too.
   I’d recommend extending their dog clothing options. I would have purchased more if there were more options in her size.
   No matter what, I really appreciate their openness toward dogs in the store. Suki is my service dog but was off duty while healing. The cart helped me with my balance issues, and it was nice wheeling her around. We’ll definitely be back to check out more deals soon.

3. I personally went to look for shoes. Asked a question to the first employee I came across about a pair of shoes that were on the clearance rack. She told me they aren’t on clearance and they looked as if they had been worn and returned. She told me to go find my size, I then approached another employee whom has been employed there for a very long time, I have seen here there before and I have not been to this location in almost a year. She told she works the register and I need to go and find another employee that works the shoe department. I’m pretty sure everyone here works all departments and is responsible for all costumers needs. She couldn’t even radio someone to help me. Very unfortunate and unprofessional. Never will be going back.

4. Shopped today Feb 11, 2023. Parking lot was crowded with 4 cars parked illegally blocking the drive. I reported to the store staff. No measures taken to resolve blocked road. When I left store 6 cars parked illegally all blocking traffic. Poor mananege ment of situatuon

5. The clothing at all of the Marshall’s locations is unwearable. The last three items I’ve bought have had the zipper break on the FIRST wear. Many items I’ve purchased have been terrible quality. I’ve tried to set my feelings aside thinking I’m getting a “good deal”, but the price isn’t worth the unwearable/unusable items.
