  1. The shopping experience at Ross was very
    satisfying. we found everything we needed and then some however the only drawback is that there were many empty shelves which means less Revenue because there’s less to see and purchase. the staff is friendly but could be a little more helpful if they see somebody looking for something seemingly lost.. the store could also use some more men’s shoes and clothing. Overall though Ross is a great place to find Value among top name brands like Nike and Puma and several others. I liked this place.

  2. Tons of transits and thieves here so there’s more than usual loss prevention employees here. The store needs some serious fixing up. Instead of replacing the door in the dressing room they have a curtain up but most of the hooks to hang the clothes up are gone. The worst part here are the long lines. There’s never enough cashiers. I’ve been here a few times and they don’t have enough cashiers so lines get really long.

  3. Ross always gives me a selection of affordable items to choose from. They even have a “clearance or sale” section towards the back with a variety of different goods. The wait to check out can be very lengthy A lot of the time though. Balanced against the savings I get here it’s worth it.

  4. This part of town is loaded with the homeless and addicts desperate to score. Be wary. This store is almost always packed to the rafters, so you need to be there early before it’s picked clean, but the people who shop are careless about keeping the correct sizes in the correct area, so it’s a roulette wheel’s odds of finding what you’re looking for.

  5. WTAH is going on here? A discount clothing store with prices higher than regular clothing stores. This is not a high end Walmart however going by the prices, you would think that they were competing with Scottsdale Galleria. The store was atrocious. Cashier staff was very pleasant.

    This is by far the worst Ross I have ever been to! I get it it’s not a high end store and there’s certain expectations that you have walking into this store. Never thought that the entire store would be a safety hazard!!! I had a visually impaired adult with me and I had to LITERALLY move hangers, clothes, toys etc out of the way from the GROUND to avoid a fall accident. When we were checking out I asked the cashier if this is how the store normally looks like and she laughed and said “yes”. This is unacceptable! It shouldn’t be a laughing matter or seem like it’s normal to an employee to completely dismiss it as it was ok. I asked to speak to the manager on duty. Spoke with her and she said there’s a cleaning crew that comes in the mornings to clean. I expressed my concern was the items on the floor and she said they’re picked up throughout the day. Looking at how messy the store was it’s obvious no one is cleaning to store during business hours. Something needs to be done about this! If you have a visually impaired relative or someone that requires assistance with walking stay away from this store!

    You can’t even walk down some of the aisles, it’s a mess! (I applied for a job at this location and without an interview I was turned down. I thought maybe they have enough help this year Or maybe it’s because I’m disabled) 🤣 y’all messed up because this would not be a thing, in almost every aisle, if I worked there. It’s unacceptable, no reason for this if you have plenty of help. I don’t really care about not working there but when I see this in almost every aisle, I have to ask myself, was I just too good to work here? Your loss for sure cuz that store is wrecked. I gave an extra star cuz y’all are at least nice.

    I never give 1 stars but I have to with this place. The aisles are way too tiny. You can barely fit one cart and in some aisles I actually had to move the rack of clothes just to fit my cart. The organization is atrocious, pants and shirts in the dress section, pants in the swimsuit section. Clothes are strewn everywhere on the floor. It was not a pleasant shopping experience

    Ross always has great items and at prices that are lower than normal. I have found most workers to be helpful and even allowed my daughter use the bathroom…. Something most stores do not allow anymore. The store is messy from customers moving items they decide not to get . We got many presents for our children for the Christmas of 2021.
