a month agoMacy’s is as usual pretty good, with very nice staff. Bought 2 pairs of shoes, at a discounted price. So quite happy to find a bargain of quality items.3 months agoPerfecto service. 2 months agoHuge, clean, with a lot of options for whatever you are looking for. I would come again and again.in the last weekFix the AC I was in there on Thursday and as I’m shopping I overhear two employees say that they will not come back to work until the AC is fixed because they felt dizzy I proceeded to go ask another employee for assistance and also asked her how long the AC has been broken for and she said since the end of July it hasn’t been working, these poor employees!! DO BETTER Macys. I had a lot of shopping to do and couldn’t because of how hot it is, and it’s hotter in the second floor than the first floor. These poor employees are being out through hell and when you ask for a manager there’s none to be found. I much rather go to dadeland no matter how busy it is it’s better then this Macys location.3 months agoI went with my fiance and soon to be mother-in-law this past weekend to purchase some fine jewelry, and we had the best experience with Kristen. I would highly recommend buying from this Macy’s.We arrived, looked at rings, and got a little worried as we didn’t see too many associates. But when I approached Kristen as she was ringing someone up, she told us she’d be with us as soon as she finished with the other customer. And I’m glad we bought from her because she was an absolute sweetheart.
Kristen took her time to talk to us, to see what we wanted, and even asked about our love story. She did not rush us through the process at all as we looked over the jewelry and asked about prices. She guided us with the best sales. We thought the price and quality of the rings at Macy’s were incredible, but it only got better. By buying it with Kristen, she was able to give us 12 months with no interest on our purchase!
I couldn’t thank her enough for being so kind to me and my family. Kristen’s service is like a meal in Italy, it shouldn’t be rushed because she’s cooking perfection; and when it’s done, it nourishes the soul. I very much appreciate that because everywhere else it feels like customers are treated as numbers or a bother unless they look like they’re wealthy. I did not feel that with Kristen at all. I felt she treated us with kindness and decency, regardless of what we could afford, and helped us make the best decision for us.
I’d very happily make future purchases with Kristen at the jewelry counter at Macy’s. She educated us on things we didn’t know like sizing and quality of certain material combinations. And I invite you to do the same if you’re willing to take your time.
a month agoI will suggest the managment of the store to “please” clean and paint the white entrance doors to the store. They are dirty , missing paint and they should not look like the doors of a auto mechanic shop.3 months agoWhen I was shopping at this store, I found the product that I liked but when I asked to the staff where to pay and where’s the registrar? They did not response ,so I went to the other one registrar who responded and served me quickly .

Excellent store with a wide variety of brands and price points. It’s located inside dadeland mall on Kendall drive with easy access from many parts of Miami. The store is located on one end of the mall with multiple entrances.
Usually a bit short on staff but checkouts are usually quick.
Store hours are plentiful they open early and close late.
Nice place for Friday evening shopping. It has a great location with easy access, plenty of parking spots, and a very convenient entrance from the parking lot. The service is excellent. The store is not too busy and allows you yo get the attention you deserve. What I love the most is its access to Starbucks coffee shop.
Nice and clean Macy’s at Dadeland Mall. They have a small Toys R Us on premises. Excellent prices.
We had gone to the Dadeland mall looking for a perfume and we got excellent service at Paco rabanne from an employee named Ada, she was very nice and helpful about everything, 10/10 would come again
If you can’t find what you want at this Macy’s, there’s a 99% chance it doesn’t exist. It’s gotta be the 2nd largest Macy’s after their flagship Manhattan location.
Customer service is great. I left my number with an employee in the women’s clothing upstairs (forgot her name but she’s older and petite …. Starts with an M maybe??) who promised to looked for a specific dress I want the next day when she returns for her shift. In my mind I thought she’d never call back. She did! I was impressed. I’ll post her name here shortly. I’m sure I’ll be taking a trip to Dadeland mall soon. They’ve got the quirky stores I love to check out.
