5 months agoOh this is my store for sure! I love everything and it is high quality and high priced but I wouldn’t expect any less! Staff is always very helpful and because of that I happily spend too much when I visit. Best clothing store if you’re a high quality person. Sometimes you will even score a great deal. I purchased a lamb skin leather jacket that retailed for $500.00 for just over $100 bucks when it was on clearance. Best jacket I’ve ever owned!!in the last weekMy daughter said yes to her 1st HoCo dress and she, I, my other 3 (ages 6,7 and 9) shopped their size shoes nearby while she tried on dresses. The woman in children’s shoes was visibly busy and hopefully on hold on the phone but she still patiently watched us and asked if she could help when my youngest needed to find a restroom. Hannah was quick to put the dresses back and checked us out promptly when I told her we were ready. She was very kind about my teen changing her mind to another dress last minute and got us a garment bag. The escalator was out and my 7 and 9 yr old wandered out of sight looking for the elevator and when I found them they were near an associate who was helping another family shop. I was so grateful she asked what we were looking for and took time to point and walk with us towards the elevator (as the upstairs escalator was being worked on). She said her name was Linda. We went upstairs to the women’s shoes and the ladies were so patient and helpful as well. We’ll be back to shop more! Great experience and great staff members providing wonderful customer service tonight.5 months agoKathy went out of her way to help me find an interview suit in 30 min. She was getting items for me and 2 other people while other employees stood there. Ty Th please give her a huge bonus or shopping spree. She really cares 🙂 I went back the next day to look for more pants and Sarah was very helpful and nice too. Your store has a nice selection.4 months agoThe lady who helped me was very awesome went looking for what I needed. She was very knowledgeable about what would look good on me when my preferences were and she actually found the item that I eventually bought and even the jewelry lady. Went out of her way to look for things even after I found one. I like so that she might find something that was even better and I ended up buying both.2 years agoSales man in men suit section really short and didn’t want to help us with questions about suits. 2 months agoJCPenney if you want to stay in business you need to lower your prices. I’d rather go to Walmart or Target then spend twice as much here. And the store in the west mall smells like mold- I can sense it and it gave me a headache. If you’re super sensitive to mold like me don’t go here, especially upstairs.5 months agoI am excited. I finally found a good selection of Levi’s that were not stretch. I bought a beautiful pair of 501s on sale at JC Penneys. Received a 30% discount (almost unheard of). I had a 40% off coupon that I was unable to use on Levi’s and gave it to a customer behind me in line.6 months agoDon’t expect to find much help without going and finding someone. Nothing against the employees, once you find one they are great. Just keep in mind it is in a mall with very little traffic and few employees. The skin care area was very well stocked and organized. I was able to easily find what I needed. Clearance areas were also very organized which was nice.6 months agoWish there was 0 stars. I bought so much jewelry and always got a lifetime warranty. Not the first time when taking items in for repair they can’t find it. Had bought more with a Warranty on it on this Vista and then when they couldn’t find the warranty for my item I took for repair and they were like ya its an old system. I just returned my new items on site and said I will not buy here any longer. It’s a dying store and they don’t care ( probably why they are dying out)2 months agoWe still like JCPENNEY they have a great selection of boys clothes we shop here frequently.

Loved it loved it loved it! Was shopping for a newborn baby I love sale so I had to go to the sale section. They have some really good items on sale. I could not find anything online so I went it was well worth it. The cashier was very nice and friendly she kept conversation flowing I really enjoyed my shopping experience with Macy’s.
I have loved Macy’s for many years. They always have good sales and great deals on their clearance racks. I love the quality of the plus sized clothing, especially. Highly recommend!
I understand the shortage of help as everywhere else
Lack of help the lady help me there she had very bad attitude she snapped at me
And this is not the first time I am a business owner when I fired one girl whose was still on the phone all the time other 2 girls quit the job and I was glad however managers should watch for those kinds of employees.
What is happening here? It’s like a geriatric fashionista retired up in here. So dreary. I found 3 things that I see I could have also acquired at Dillard’s online. But I love Macy’s. I’m a true fan. But I can tell something is definitely happening with Macys and it’s not okay.
