This is a huge store with T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods connected as one. A one-stop enjoyable shopping for clothes, bags, shoes, jewelry, furniture, kitchen needs, and many other things, including food items. Huge parking lot. Easily accessible store that is sitting on a lot with Target and countless other specialty stores and restaurants. The only part that may need improvement is maybe adding more people at the cash registers as there were 20+ people waiting in that long line to pay.
It’s getting so bad to shop here. The Register that is open is like 4 to 30 customers on queue. The Restroom is an eyesore. Though I love the reorganization and unbeatable prizes but not enough to spend forever to shop here.
I came to this location about 45 minutes before the store closed. Never in my experience as a shopper as a shopper have I been forced to leave the store before it actually closes. You are normally more than welcome to shop until you find your items and then you can leave even if you’re in the store past closing time. There was an extremely short rude lady who told us we had to leave the store because they were going to turn the lights off at the back of the store and it will be a safety hazard for customers to be in the store past closing with the lights off at the back of the store. I ask her to show me the policy where they said the customers have to go to the front of the store once the store has closed its doors even if you have arrived prior to the stores doors closing. She said that there was no policy in place that stated that but, that’s just something that they do at this particular location. There was no professionalism or customer service etiquette in the conversation. As a shopper I don’t feel valued if I’m willing to spend my money and purchase items. I should be allowed to shop if I have arrived to the store prior to the closing time. In all of my 27 years I have never been kicked out of a store that I have been in before the closing time because the associates made up their own rules.
Why pay more when you can have the brand name items at a pocket friendly price. The staff at this location keeps everything in place and it’s constantly restocking with new amazing products ❤️
Those days of good savings against the market prices are long gone at T.J. Maxx. Now, one could save about $10 or less for after shave lotions or perfumes.
No Quality shirts, pants etc are available either!!!
