  1. Order a Shark vacuum in line for pick up. The app prompt me to go to curb pickup and indicate the spot I was in. 8 Spots where all full and barely any movement from employees. I was told this was for groceries. Went inside to the pick up area and it has a touch screen that said the pick up was closed. Went to custumer service and after a long line they told me to go to pick up area. No one has come in 20 minutes. No manager picture, no one in charge to solve the problem, no working phone # to get help. Is like walmart purgatory. DO NOY USE THIS STORE FOR PICK UP ORDERS ON LINE!!! Just come with a lot of patience and buy it on site. Get ready for long lines and no service.

  2. Had to wait OVER AN HOUR for someone to open the glass doors. When I went go ask NICELY if someone was coming to open it in customer service (because I figured they might have forgotten), the 2 women there gave me attitude as if I was a yelling at them.

  3. I love shopping here for Christmas still more economic here, I order online most of the time but also like to come here once in a while. Everything is going too high on prices so I try to find the lowest prices I see good deals here but also at different brand stores. I got these here these week. And of course kids uniform and some other clothes for home.
    I do not like paying on a register with an employee, they’re very rude and don’t even look at you or speak at all not even to tell you your total. Lot’s of discrimination too.

  5. The store is extremely hot I feel bad for the employees Most of the time the ladies are so rude when it’s time to get stuff out of locked up locations. I’m sorry but not everyone is a thief

    I love the quality, variety and quantity of the meats at this location. I get there early in the mornings while they are stocking and fine some great buys. Shout out to my girl, the greeter, who always gives me a fist bump and a big smile. In fact, most of the employees there greet me and are very helpful.

    WORSE PLACE !! Customer service & Money Services had to been open at 8am there always late to open never on time to open ! I asked manager & she was SUPER rude about it when i asked what time they open !! What eles do people expect here smh ! Managers name is Karen with glasses RUDE & RUDEE!!!!!

    I went to Walmart to look for a big pool and had only found one and this nice guy Parker I believe his name was helped us along the way by putting it in the basket and it wasn’t really the pool we wanted and we found a different one and he had no problem switching it and helping us lift and load it in the truck I’m so glad there’s people like him he deserves a raise !

    I bought groceries from here and the self checkout machine gave me a ripped $10 bill it was ripped in half and the young man from customer service told me the bank would change it and that he didn’t have the key to open a register , so where is the person with the key ? , so I went since it was across the street and I had things to do and they didn’t want to change it for me , they told me they didn’t do that there , so I had to go back to Walmart and spoke to the manager Cindy she stated she couldn’t change my bill even the own store machine gave me the ripped bill , I had to tell her I wanted to just do a full refund of all my groceries instead because how can I not get a different bill that’s not ripped? , she then proceeded to give me another bill after all of this ! So I rated this store 1 stars for bad customer service ! This happened Friday July 7th around 4- 4:30 someone higher up should really look into this and talk to them .

    My gas station experience was amazing! Why was that? DB & Belinda were very fun and friendly, Belinda is the best cashier I have ever met, and the BATHROOM WAS LITERALLY SPOTLESS; by far the cleanest gas station bathroom I have ever been in outside of Bucees. Great job guys and thanks for taking care of y’all gas station!🙌🏽

    Went in to pick up a few items. The store is so big that it isn’t always a quick trip. Many prices are way less than the competition. They have very few, if any, full service checkout lanes, so you as a shopper are now part of the workforce. They give cash from debt cards with no additional fee, a feature I like. Beware, some checkouts are card only. Sam’s club prices and store prices may be different even though they are the same parent company. This particular store is in a relatively nice neighborhood, and the store is cleaner than many. Update. Was in today for a couple of items. One of my favorite stores. Good inventory. They rearranged everything, so things are a bit hard to find. Never could locate aisle B. I think they changed it to J. No logic in the way they are numbered.

    I recently visited Walmart and had a positive experience. I went to purchase some food and tools, and was able to find what I needed without any difficulty. The self-checkout lanes were efficient and easy to navigate, so I was able to complete my purchases quickly and get on my way. Overall, it was a pleasant and simple experience, which I appreciate.
