This Best Buy had a bunch of open-box items for sale especially in the TV section. The staff in the store were very helpful in finding and sorting the right items for us.
For other electronics, they were either the same price online and slightly higher. Worth a visit if you have some sort of in-store coupon

When I visited this location the staff was very attentive and helped me with all my needs. I’d also like to point out that the location was very clean. She gave me lots of tips on how to set up what I was looking to do and pointed me in the right direction for the supplies needed and even gave me a recommendation for something I was not even thinking to purchase during this visit but did want at some point. And the retired police officer that was their security also gave us some good tips on other items. This is a great location to do business with. I highly recommend them. The last standing big electronics store around. They have a good selection of everything and okay prices. If you shop deals and price match you can do well here.
It’s a bit busy around Black Friday and Christmas time, half the store turns into a TV warehouse!

I can find what I’m looking for in one spot and be done. I can order online and have it shipped to me or pick it up in a store. Second, the staff is truly awesome! They greet you when you walk in check on you as you shop. They offer advice and let you know about offers and options. Yesterday I went in to pick up an online order. Needless to say, they were swamped with holiday shoppers. But, they greeted me, asked if I needed help, and guided me to the pick up location. As soon as I was in line, a sales associate let me know that they would be with me as soon as possible. Another clerk passed and asked if I had been helped. Awesome service! As they helped, they made suggestions for games for the PS5 I was picking up as well as warranty options. They were very gracious when I declined and chatted like we were old friends. Awesome, easy shopping with amazing assistance! The Springfield, Oregon, Best Buy store nailed it! Great location with informative staff. Was looking at cameras yesterday when I came in and the staff was super friendly when helpful when it came to questions I had. Was able to apply for a best buy credit card and got approved right away to finance the camera and the first 12 months are interest free!

Just purchased a Canon M50 mark 2 camera and am amazed with the camera of course, and the customer service I experienced while making this purchase! The customer service representative asked if we needed assistance right away when looking and he helped me get the right accessories I was looking for to go with my camera (sd card, carrying case, and camera strap). Very happy with this purchase!
They are remodeling right now. Or at least when I was there. Even the inside of the store was closed for pedestrian traffic at least they are happy to help you at the very front of the store entrance. I had to do a return and it was taken care of without any issue. However Best buy has this new thing where they have a $45 return fee the person waved it for me since the item was never open and and its original shipping container. / Box. One of my favorite Best buys to go to
I start off by saying I did not have high hopes for this visit. The past few trips to Best Buy had left me frustrated with the lack of assistance and poor attitudes of the employees.
Michal changed that for me yesterday!
Although the store still did not have enough staffing ( I know, no where does right now ) when my husband approached him for help he was extremely friendly, upbeat and eager to help. He assisted with our purchase even going a few steps ahead to be sure that all the parts would be available when needed. He also made sure we were able to take advantage of a special that we would have skipped had we purchased without his help.

Fast, friendly, and efficient service. Came here to pick up an online order. I had my ID and email confirmation ready, so I was in and out of the store in less than 3 minutes. Highly recommend this location based upon this visit.
Newly remodeled to Best Buy’s latest look and feel. Nicest Best Buy in Portland with the best displays. They even have Yardbird patio furniture now, exercise equipment and an expanded selection of large home kitchen appliances. Also they have pickup lockers on the outside of the building that you can use after hours. Even though the store seems smaller than other area locations, the one seems to have more products available.
