  1. Went in here to buy a laptop and left with one! The customer service was great and I was a bit confused on what laptop box matched the display, but the gentleman there helped us out and we found it. Great so far and have had no issues with the laptop so far.

  2. Clean environment, kind, and helpful staff. Only reason this is 3 stars is because I went into the store since their website said they have stock of what I was looking for. Get there only to be told it’s not there and the system is wrong. I understand you didn’t design the program but, why have it show stock if it’s just wrong? It was annoying but they helped me locate what I needed at another store. Even though I have to go 20 minutes out of me way, I got what I needed in the end.

  3. Ten years ago, I loved Best Buy- great products, great prices, but then little issues started coming up with every purchase.
    My wife ordered a single Ipod Air for our son and paid for it online.When she went in to pick it up from the store (71st Street, Tulsa) they pulled up two for the order, asking did you have two? She told them she only ordered one, showed the purchase order and they returned the other ipad to the shelf. She got home, we wrapped the gift, she checked the bank and saw a charge for two.

    We called two different numbers- she finally got through after twenty minutes with the customer service number but my call was on a loop of eight rings, reset, eight more rings, repeat. Apparently, Best Buy stores don’t answer -it’s an issue many have already complained about.

    Customer Service recommended we go back to the store and get them to remove the charge, even though he could see the actual order AND the errant charge. But Customer Service can’t fix that? It is 3 degrees with icy road conditions and we do not want to return to the store.

    So, strongly recommend you check with other companies and if you must go with the “new and improved” market concept of Best Buy, use cash and buy it off the shelf. (Had we walked out with two items and only paid for one, that would be theft. Apparently, being charged twice by the store gets a different law applied?)

  4. We came in to buy a switch and the white Woman with brown tips in her hair greeting at the door with a manager tag on was rude and had an attitude. We asked her for help and said she would send somebody over and never did. Then as we are sitting at the game cage a white man who is tall and skinny with glasses with brown hair was straightening a shelve with one game on there. We asked for help and he said yea and never looked at us. Then said “by the way, it will be 10 to 15 minutes before somebody can help you because we are helping customers” he wasn’t helping anyone literally. Just putting stuff on the shelves. We had to get help from a man in the Samsung tv department and he was very nice and looked up to see who had one available one he came over to see there were none in stock. He was a white man, with brown hair a little heavier set (sorry we didn’t get anyone names we were so upset). We will never return to this location again. I would like to say thank you to the man who helped us. We really appreciated him

  5. There seems to be a disconnect between their customer pick up service and the store. Even though I called the number on the sign and was assured someone would be right out with my purchase, after waiting 15 minutes, I had to go inside the store. They had no idea that i was there, which defeats the whole purpose of using this “service”.

    The only person that seems to care about this store is the Store Manager. Every time I enter, the employee’s are either socializing or too busy to attend to customers. I could understand if the store is busy, but of the three times I have gone in, I was not acknowledged once so left and went to another store to get what I needed. I guess Best Buy didn’t need the $400 I spent at the other store. So sad

    Went in to purchase a sound bar. Several were not functional to test. To be fair, Costco had the same issue. If you’re going to sell this stuff, make your displays operational. This will increase sales and credibility. Customers want to believe you have a good working knowledge of your product(s).

    I was a walk in without an appointment and they did there best to work me in with minimal wait. It was an awesome experience and they helped me turn a horrible day into a good day in under an hour. Time well spent! Would definitely recommend this Geek Squad to anyone!!!

    Me and my daughters came into Best Buy so my daughter could select her a laptop that would be we worth her money and also be highly functional. And the team here was amazing also they have a warranty that covers everyone and everyone’s laptop for hardly nothing. Way to go guys we shall be back!

    I didn’t buy anything but I enjoyed all the employees asking me had I been helped. This one has been remodel and its really nice. TVs up front and everything is labeled. They have a good variety of items. Electric Bikes and open box items all over the store. The employees are very friendly. The customer service desk is very knowledgeable about the policies and items they sell. When I was there a customer was very rude. Remember when entering a store to return things, the employees can only do what the store allows them to do under the store policies. So don’t be mad at the employees for doing the job they are hired to do. Customers need to take responsibility of knowing what they have ordered and how it was ordered or paid for. Every store is different with different stock and different sale items. The stores have different employees and communications between the othe Best Buys Stores is non-existent. So when coming from another store to another doesn’t mean they know what you are talking about or what was discussed at the other store. So be polite and patient it will get you farther in returning items.

    I came to this Best Buy because I needed my screen protector replaced on my Note 10+. I had purchased a lifetime screen protector with free install/replacement when I bought my phone. After NONE of the employees could be bothered to assist me in finding the correct product I asked the geek squad for help. Kenna (spelling?) Was polite and professional and was able to make things right. However, Michael was interrupting us, literally complaining that Kenna was refunding my money (which is actual customer service). And not 1 employee…even the manager at the door, that I spoke to, could be bothered to walk away from where they had their feet planted to help a customer.

    I was issued a new company phone today and was in need of a case for it. I knew that I could purchase something online and have it in my hands tomorrow, but I wanted to give the day business to someone that could fulfill a product same day. That was a bad choice on my part. I walked in the store about 7:20pm and was greeted at the door and pointed to the direction of phone cases. Once I got there, the cases were scrambled all over the place, not in labeled sections by size. I almost bought the wrong size because it was in the wrong place. I walked around for about six minutes, trying to find an associate, but everyone wearing a blue shirt was more interested in putting up inventory and it seems like nobody was wanting to talk to customers. I noticed two or three other buying parties having a similar issue. Once I went back up front to find an associate and try to clarify, if this would fit my phone, I was made to feel like asking a question to the guy at the door was an inconvenience to him. I was then directed to check out where I had to wait Nine minutes because someone in front of me was doing a return. I know that does not seem like a very long time, but with several associates all around the store, nobody was willing to jump on the register to get the line down smaller. Finally, someone did come out from the back . Overall a 35 minute experience to just walk in and buy a phone case and leave. Next time I will use Amazon next day delivery.

    My husband and I were looking for a printer for our business and Jimmy came over to help. He had great customer service and helped us pick one out. Also talked to us about Best Buy warranty plan. Love this store!

    It was a nice experience overall! Though I did wait a bit for someone to come help me. Once I got someone however they were very attentive and made sure I got the devices I needed! All and all a great Best Buy location!
