- Reviews:We are doing a remodel on our 17 year old master bathroom which required 2 separate jobs. The first part was caping off old shower pipes and then moving the drain, from the old jacuzzi that was removed, to accommodate the new big shower. The first 2 guys came and did a great job handling all of it jackhammer and all. The second trip was to come put it all back together. Mike Baum came this time and installed new faucets, toilet, and a shower tower, that was very difficult to install. But he worked hard on it and it works beautifully! I was surprised by how fast he swapped out and installed the new hot water heater. He showed me where the pilot light is and how it’s set up. I appreciated the explanation. Very friendly service and the amount for the service and replacing the gas hot water heater were within what I thought I would be charged. Thank you so much! They called me the next day and was able to come earlier than the original scheduled day. Charlie, our assigned plumber, was fantastic. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and did a great job working with our washer connection situation to save us money. I appreciated him giving me options and explaining them as we discussed. He also was able to give us a bid on our water heater. We will definitely be using Allied and Charlie in future plumbing needs. He did help me think through some other projects in the house. The company was quick to respond and had the plumber come just two days after I called so I’m pleased with that. The job was done well. - Reviews:I am very happy with Ray Lusk Plumbing. When the plumber came out he worked on the drain for a long time. It seemed to be clear, so I paid and he left. When I started my washer up, the problem with the drain again showed up. I called the plumber about it and he came back and worked on it again. It finally got unclogged and it works fine now. I am grateful. He also did not charge me for the return trip. The cost was very reasonable. I recommend this company if you need work done. He comes 2h late and our plans for the day are messed up. Then he says they’ll charge us 160 per inside drain and 189 for the main. We call them and they are incredibly rude over the phone. No service manners what so ever. We’ll end up with only the main drained and the rest have to wait until next month, will definitely use another company. We’ll never use this company again. Scam and rude.By E. Al (4 months ago)Got work done by Ray lusk. They were professional the first time during install of a touch2o faucet. Had an issue within 3 months where it stopped working. When i called them for fixing, they charged $150 for a battery replacement and 10 minute service. I understand they have to charge for their labor. I wish they would have given some heads up on things to check before coming in. The service techs were professional in both cases. Just having moved to a new house;
I awoke this morning to my faucets making very angry gurgling noises with little to no water pressure! Due to the frigid temperatures, inclement weather of snow and sleet; I was nervous that my pipes have frozen.
I contacted a few companies. At 7:00 am, one company’s answering service took my information and said the office would contact me.
I also contacted Paschal at about 7:30 am- within 15 minutes I was contacted by someone from Paschal! They were very kind and receptive of my issues and said they would get someone to me by this afternoon! I asked for the cost and they explained that as well!
At 11:30 am approximately 4 hours later, the technicians from Pashcal called to let me know they were on their way.
No one from the first company has contacted me yet!
Due to the weather, apparently my road was too icy! The technicians parked their car at the bottom of the hill and WALKED up to my house!! They could have easily said they couldn’t make it to me and gone ti their next call! Instead, they weathered the snow and ice and walked their way up, tools in tow! Getting here, they were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous! They resolved my issue and I would recommend them without hesitation!! A+++ service

We had a bad water leak, and they responded quickly. The job was dirty and time consuming, but both young men were persistent and stayed until the job was done. We used Pascal for our AC unit, and have no complaints. And still no complaints, just praise and thankfulness for helping us. Would definitely recommend them for any home needs you may have.
Great experience from the initial call through after sale. I received same day service for a repair. Logan was very professional and thorough. I asked for a follow up visit to quote a new AC unit. Daniel was very relatable, answered all questions in as much detail as I wanted. He never pushed for a sale and presented a wide range of options. I’ll definitely use Paschal again!
