Wholeheartedly recommend. 👏 👏By Rita S (4 months ago)I called and spoke with the reception lady to schedule a plumber. I specifically asked if they can fix or bring the tools to fix my issue, I.e. The drain hose and drain pipe to the dishwasher needs to be replaced. I asked the lady if there will be a service fee in addition to the labor (also assuming he can’t even fix it, I did not want to be charged as some companies do). The guy arrived and of course, did not have the tools to fix the issue. Instead, he told my wife it will be $105 for him simply telling her what the issue was and that $75 will go towards a 1 gallon of preventative pipe shield liquid (something that is $25 on Amazon). I would like the owner or manager to contact me, as there is nothing resolved as of yet for our plumbing situation and we are pretty frustrated with the poor service.By Awaab Malik (4 months ago)Had a backup in the main line from our house to the sewer. Ron and Alan came to our home today for a yearly plumbing checkup and they were fantastic! Very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful! They even fixed a few things that were concerns of ours in the same trip! We would have been fine having them come back at a later date for the repairs, but they were extremely accommodating and efficient, and they fixed them on the spot. 10/10 would recommend and we will be happy to have them back for a bid they gave us for some future work!

One day turn around time Water Heater install.
Kim’s company is wonderful, timely and experienced.
They helped us out in a pinch and tho we had a faulty widget after the install for a few days they were prompt and accurate with the secondary repair.

Called on Monday for a main water shutoff valve replacement and they were able to arrange an inspection on Wednesday the same week. The technician called 15 minutes prior and arrived on time. The inspection and estimation took less than 5 minutes and he was ready to do the job right away. The technician himself was great answered all my questions, got the job done within 3 hours, and restored the area close to how it was before. Ended up paying $1,384 (890 valve, 377 for digging, and the rest on taxes). They are on the expensive side, but they get the job done. Wish they could have given a phone estimate and a more detailed bill, but I can’t complain too much since they were the only company in my area that responded and followed through with the appointment.
Gaige and Tyler did an excellent Job I couldn’t be more grateful for their help. They went above and beyond and made a technical task very routine and fun. Thank you fellas for your help. Super grateful for your efforts, expertise, and professionalism. Smooth as butter!
