Let’s just say 😉 I won’t need toilet paper++ until next year lola month agoManager who was working on Aug 17th 2023 evening is very rude and does not care about the customers. I have brought to their attention that their flowers are cut off from the top and 24 roses are actually just 16 roses because 8 are just missing, but she does not seem to be care about that and also said there is no refund for that since i have not brought roses which i have already presented back to their store. Love these guys4 months agoFound a screw in my tire while getting gas very early in the morning at the Signal Hill Costco. The Tire Center wouldn’t be open for a couple hours and I still had a six hour drive back to the Phoenix area. Went to America’s Tire just down Cherry Ave and they told me the hole was leaking but couldn’t fix the tire because of where the damage was. They could however sell me a new tire… I had purchased the tires at Costco so went back up to Costco to wait. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, I was put in line and my truck was one of the first cars looked at. They found that the hole was in fact NOT leaking. Every member of the Tire center gave top notch service, they were professional and friendly. I was nervous about my long drive through the desert but their confidence was infectious and I was able to make it home safe and sound. I highly recommend the Signal Hill Costco Tire Center.a year agoEveryone who knows me knows that Costco is my favorite place to shop. Costco carries everything I need in bulk. Making a Costco trip means not having to shop for at least a month. The membership is worth it just to get the inexpensive gas.

3 weeks agoGreat as always, however, parking lot is too small and one directional which can be confusing to navigate through. Noticed that they have my favorite fresh trout in the seafood department which has been discontinued in many other Costco locations. They also have many other special products that are not available in other stores. Overall great experience. I have purchased: Tires, appliances, clothing, computers, wines & spirits, food, office supplies, jewelry, vitamins, furniture, etc .
I also get my eyeglasses prescription and glasses here for less than one-half of what I would pay to my healthcare plan.
Since last October I get DirecTV through Costco hassle free.
The rare occasion I had to return an item, the process was easy.
I cannot think of a business I would recommend as wholeheartedly as I recommend Costco.
3 weeks agoBusiness center has this mini fridge on sale yet it is out of stock. 4.4miles away at a regular Costco there is plenty in stock but it is not on sale. When I brought it up to the manager he stated that they were separate from the business center and that they bought the fridges from different suppliers. Wow!5 months agoLast time I bought it’s $4.99, today $7.99. Whatever happens to the Ginger, I still have to buy. I can’t live without gingera year agoIt’s pretty typical for a Costco. My only complaint is the small selection of Kirkland brand liquor. I’d have liked to have bought a bottle of the Kirkland rum but couldn’t find it anywhere. I’ve seen a much wider selection in warehouses on the east coast.

They are often out of certain products; for example, they only have staples, like water or mac and cheese about half the time I go there. You have to be very careful selecting fruit, as it is often bad or on the verge of going bad. Our local grocery store charges more for produce, but the quality is much better. In sum, the prices are good but the selection and quality are not.
I love this store and it’s close. But the parking lot is super bad. Half of the lot is closed off for some reason and it’s been like that for months!! I always pass by to see if I can park but there’s never room. I end up driving to the Monterey Park location, which has a way bigger parking lot.

I never found parking at all today. Ended up just leaving… there’s even traffic on the street trying to get into the parking lot. This location needs more space! Don’t come here
Pizza is good! The more heavy set supervisor I believe his name is Jake at the food court walks around like he’s the CEO of Costco. He needs to calm down! Other than that I love me some pizza!!
Tire Shop Service
Basically my wife had her 2 pm appointment. The person that scheduled my wife’s appointment
On Sunday when she bought her Four Tires. Scheduled my wife for
Wensdays at 2 pm. The cashier person, did not find her in the system schedule. And then let another person that walked in.
Provided services to that person. Had my wife and Son wait Two Hours and Forty Five minutes. In the Hot Son. Just saying understaffed. Sorry Service and
