6 months agoThis is the classic Costco review: Costco is the best place in the universe. Great service, wonderful products, literally the only problem is when Costco is too busy because too many people are here because everyone loves Costco so much. In particular, this Orem Costco is a great place. All of my interactions with the staff have been pleasant and positive. Love Costco!!2 months agoI used to love smoothies here, they recently changed flavors to mango instead of strawberry. Unbelievably the mango was the absolute worst thing I have ever put in my mouth. Whatever they were thinking when they put this on the menu I will never know. Save your taste buds and money and don’t buy the mango smoothie!!a week agoEveryone knows Costco is great. I have been unable to find my prescription at any pharmacy in Utah and Salt Lake County, but Costco always has it! The prices are unbeatable and the pizza is to die for. Employees are always kind and helpful.11 months agoTo preface my review, I’ve read comments that had 1* Their reviews are absolutely ludicrous Come on in the middle of a rush hour wanting a representative to stop to help log in a credit card manually lol I would tell a grown adult gosh use your brain lol or mad because of “other customers” No, Costco is not racist and their customer service is actually pretty good and I love their policies regarding exchange etc. I love ❤️ Costco. I’m giving it a one star because shame on you for totally disregarding the disabled community. I walked in and asked for an electric cart & not 1! (The exit door I need to emphasize) The representative said if there is one it’s over there she pointed. If not it’s being used. Ok that’s fair enough. But then I mention, you aren’t very disabled friendly. She snickers and says nah. I proceed to the back of the store to grab items. I am in a lot of pain by the time I come up to the front register. I ask the lovely cashiers, how many electric scooters do you have? 4 is the response. Less than a small. grocery in Provo that I go to. And once the cart gets driven out rarely is there a focus to bring them back in. I was given a directive to ask for one, which I did at the exit ( I asked the rep who was at the exit door) With 4 chairs, Costco clearly doesn’t value its disabled customers. Yes there are a plethora of handicapped stalls, but behind closed doors, no matter what day of the week I go, what time of day, there is never a chair available. Thank you Rose, Sarina and Ed for having empathy and for wanting to try to help.

3 weeks agoWe love Costco. We visit usually once a week. The products are also well proven by Costco’s product procurement team and priced great. We get everything from contact lenses, hygiene products, shoes, clothing, light bulbs, batteries, produce, dairy, meats, and other groceries from Costco.3 weeks agoOh, my dear, let me tell you, it’s true, A place called Costco, oh, what a view! With treasures galore, and prices so fair, I’m dancing and prancing without a care!From fresh fruits to toys, all in a heap, You’ll find bargains that make your heart leap! Their shelves are stacked high, a delightful sight, You’ll wander for hours, day or night!
Bulk buys, oh my! It’s a marvelous feat, Enough goodies to make your taste buds meet! With treats for the belly, and joy for the soul, Costco’s a place where happiness rolls!

4 months agoI have been to Costco in 5 states in the last month and a half and I’m not sure what is going on here. The employees are just soooo rude! I have been here several times and every cashier is just short and mean, except for Josh, he was the only kind person in the store from every employee I asked for assistance to cashiers to managers to the people who check the receipts. Kelley who offered to help me unload my cart in the parking lot was also very nice2 weeks agoCostco has the best prices and deals for your dollar. Because you but in bulk, you also make one purchase that lasts your home a lot longer, saving you both time and money. The membership is well worth the prices you get. Just be careful because each purchase, of multiple or commercial sized product, adds up real quick. So come prepared to spend around $50-$100 minimum, at least that’s my personal opinion.2 weeks agoCashiers Paige and Darlene were so nice and accommodating with my shopping experience. Paige went a grabbed me another box of muffins as they were buy one get one free. I did not feel rushed even with it being 25 minutes to closing time. Very thankful these ladies made my check out experience a pleasant one.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received from Marcos at the self checkout of Costco on 2100 s in Utah. I have been a loyal customer of Costco for many years and have spent thousands of dollars at this location. On my most recent visit, I was checking out at the self checkout when Marcos approached me and began to berate me for not using a cashier. He was rude and condescending, and he made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I tried to explain that I was in a hurry and that I was perfectly capable of checking myself out, but he would not listen. He eventually called over his supervisor, Dunkin’, who was equally rude and unhelpful. I was so upset by this experience that I left Costco without making my purchase.
I am very disappointed with the way I was treated by Marcos and Dunkin’. I expect better customer service from Costco, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

This place.. Not only is it the largest Costco in the world, but the people are great, friendly and very busy. I visit at least three times a week ever since my office moved downtown. The store manager is a cool headed person. So is tall Jake and he’s seriously all over the place helping others out. The pharmacy folks are the only thing stopping a five star. It’s like speaking to a woman who thinks you’re trying to bed them, but it’s only due to the prescription that we’re even speaking and I’m only paying. They’re all that way, there’s one black gentleman who seemed like he wanted to be nicer, David maybe, but acted like the iron fist would come down if he was to kid around. And I have been told three different answers about purchasing anything outside the immediate area. I once had two prescriptions and a package of kale that the HSA card always paid for they made me pay for it at a normal lane after waiting for them for 20 minutes in their line. Not one person smiles there unless they’re talking smack about someone. But every other place and people are excellent.
I came here one time years ago and wow has it changed. This place is huge! I was quite blown away. They offer all times of produce and a wide variety of other unique products. The facility is super organized and clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend and I definitely will be back.
If you have anxiety and can’t handle normal grocers, do not go here. BUT if you’re looking for some good deals and some good bulk items it is fantastic. I couldn’t really handle the glares that the middle age woman gave me so I tried not to stay too long. The parking lot was terrifying and as much as I’d like to fight the older generation for a parking spot, I treasure my car dearly as it’s the only way I get to work. It definitely wowed me as the World’s Largest Costco (I am a previous Sam’s Club enthusiast so I have some weight with what I say.) I did get some of my favorite energy drinks in bulk and it was very lovely but I do not think it is worth the effort it took to get there.
Awesome Costco store! They carry so much more than what our Costco store carries. We found: Sliced mild cheddar cheese, 6-32 oz coffee creamers- different flavors, they even had tobacco. We were pleased with this store for the most part. There was a couple of items we didn’t find. That’s why I only gave them a 4-star review.
