3 weeks agoDonny got me! I spent way too much on perfumes. Excellent customer service and knowledge of the stores products. Job well done11 months agoWe usually do not buy make up here but our experience with the associate was taken to a new level. Lucio personified the perfect customer service experience.The good: Customer service given to a 110%. Lucio took the time to answer all of my wife’s questions and showed his 12 years of make up experience.
The bad: Waiting time which I think was an isolated incident.
The ugly: None found
If you ever buy make up here, ask for Lucio and he will help you out all the way!
7 months agoit is a nice store and properly stocked. it is so hard these days to find an open register or an associate to help you. but it is still one of my favorite stores to shop. I really like their shoe section it is quite extensive.10 months agoEveryone is very helpful!Bluntly, we went for Toys R us. It was about the same size as other ones. But we went first thing in the morning and it was very nicely organized. Lots of toys. Great for the kids and their Christmas wish list.
2 months agoI found what I needed, but I couldn’t try the clothes on. Only 1 fitting room was open, and the line was long. After 15 minutes I had to get out of waiting room line and get in cashier line. Tried clothes on at home. I had time constraints. Cashier situation was troubling as well. At 1 point all 4 in one station stepped away. Other customers just left their purchases and left the store. I know it’s not the workers fault they are short staffed.

3 weeks agoMy wife visited two other Macy’s and could not get a sales person to assist her in finding the jeans she likes. Today, Eva Patterson took the time to show my wife some jeans and my wife found what she wanted. My wife purchased three jeans. Thank you Macy for hiring a person who cares about the customer and is a hard worker. My wife will be shopping at your store.a month agoCarrie or Carie should have looked at her name tag better sorry if I misspelled it. She’s awesome I was looking for a cologne just wanting to test some out she was so patient and knows her stuff so well. She’s super sweet and her customer service is just amazing thank you so much I will be back I promise.3 months agoI love Macy’s. It has been my go-to store for so many things, especially designer dresses and skin care lately. Not getting younger. Only hope to slow its pace down. They really need to improve their online shopping experience to stay relevant.4 weeks agoOne of the main reasons i like Macy’s is because they have a lot of rewards and discounts. And sometimes you get really good deals. They keep the bathrooms clean. And if you can’t find what your looking for they help you to find it in another store or online3 months agoMacy’s is that kind of store that takes you back in time. Doesn’t seem to change, and I feel like time is frozen here. I have only been here really for some specials on the suits/blazers but nothing else attracts me. Can’t say much. I wish they had brighter lights or had their whole set up give a more modern feel. Service is fine.

Did really go to Macy’s it was just the entonce to the mall. However it blew my mind that there is a Toys R US in here. I spent no time in running down the aisle looking at everything while my date patiently waited I even felt bad that I was kinda lost in the toy experience but she was understanding and let me revert back to a kid again even if it was for only a few minutes.
I wish I can give this place no stars. Horrible experience! They do not want to refund my husband and I for a cancelled order. It’s been 3 months! They have been sending us in circles and are now purposely ignoring our calls for updates. They have been giving us false dates for a refund and it’s a large amount One cannot live without. We have been nothing but patient and tried to be understanding but 3 months is excessive. We have not been rude once to any associate but our calls are being dropped or not answered by the manager and are we are now feeling stuck. We deserve our money back. They are not following their own store policy. Ridiculous.
July 5, 2023, 245. I went in to look at some sneakers I’m handicap three associates, two young boys, and a girl standing at the register asked them for help. I asked if they had a size in the shoe and the gentleman with the glasses and said no we don’t have that size it’s on sale . I stood over by the Skechers looking for my size. Of course they didn’t have it and I walked back over and asked if they could look it up and he said no. On sale did not asked to help me in any way what has happened to our youth.. finish line associates do not care about sales very disappointing. Second time I approached him still was not interested in helping me as I stood there with my cane. Quite disappointing walked out without a purchase won’t be back avoid this place if you don’t want to get waited on if you have patience stay if you like being ignored. Other associates different departments, and Macys, were very outgoing and helping.
I liked how much options this Macy’s had compared to the others. The staff was nice and the store wasn’t crazy busy. The only thing was I didn’t find any good deals or clothes worth the price.
Found an item on the website, called the store, they set it aside for me, I was liking that! Went down the next morning inspected it and tried it on. Great professional service, I’m a happy camper, thanks Macy’s
