  1. We ordered iced capp and requested to make it less ice and less sweet but we got it with full of ice. Requested to removed some ice cubes and returned it to us with almost half cup. Staff didn’t even think to give us courtesy refill. Please see the picture as reference:(.

  2. It was amazing. I got the peach juice, muffin and a breakfast biscuit, the biscuit was absolutely delicious and the peach juice was so good, I loved the muffin to. loved it and would recommend. Would definitely eat there again.

  3. Ordered a sandwich and a dbl dbl coffee. Order was confirmed in the drive thru. Coffee was black and not dbl dbl. getting to the point where another restaurants coffee down the road every morning may be a better choice.

Just went to this location today and ordered a steeped tea (I usually go here quite a lot the staff are normally very good) the woman today closed the order window after taking my money she didn’t ask about my points and I wasn’t able to get my points for my order. When I asked about it she told me sorry next time it’s too late. Not to impressed with that type of attitude.

    Remember back when Tim Horton’s used to be a great Canadian owned restaurant we all knew and loved? Now the donuts both taste and look like plastic, the coffee tastes horrible but most importantly, the same BLT I’ve been ordering for years never has anymore than 3-4 pieces of bacon and it slapped together with no care. If you want to spend over $7 on a sandwich and be happy with it, this is not the place for you. Spend your money elsewhere folks.

    I was so impressed with the this Tim Hortons that it prompted me to actually leave a review! The staff are super efficient and friendly, the restaurant is super clean despite being extremely busy, and the quality of food is honestly better than any other Tim’s I’ve been too. Their donut case is literal perfection! Well done to your team for setting the bar super high! This is the Tim’s experience that all future visits will need to live up to!

    Quick, yet still patient & friendly service. Consistent. Had to edit to add very clean , men’s washroom is as clean as others are at open, mid day during the lunch rush . 5 stars, 2 thumbs up will be back.

    Went through the drive through and the service was friendly and courteous. The order was filled out correctly and served promptly. This visit was good and got exactly what was expected.

    I have been to this Tim Hortons 4 times, gotten the same food order every time and each time it has been a little different and the drive through line is a WAIT! Shortest was around 4 minutes. This one was over 12- I will go without going forward as I have no patience for inconsistent slow fast food

    Update: Will never return. If you check cameras you’ll even see an employee cough in her forearm below her wrist whilst holding food! There’s so much going wrong at this location and it’s put me off from ever returning. As far as hair nets I’d advise you check cameras for that too because obviously safety standards aren’t being met and followed at your location. The employee input the correct food, your staff just made it wrong. Also if Cassandra is the trainer then she needs to fix her attitude. It’s not that she told us to go to the middle it’s how she said it. It doesn’t matter at this point, this location is the worst. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. When I first walked into the store the worker ( Cassandra) seemed very impatient as we were standing and looking at the menu. when we were ready she sent us to another cashier I guess she just didn’t want to deal with us. Anyways, there was hair in my partners wedges and the “loaded” steak wrap was nothing loaded. I understand what you get in person won’t be the same as what’s advertised but all I got was steak, egg and sauce. The advertised picture shows rice and I didn’t even get that. What a disappointment as I didn’t even wanna finish eating my food after he found hair. Never going back here, worst experience. I wasn’t able to get a picture of the hair but I have a picture of my not so loaded wrap.
