- Reviews:Briefly… what you need to know: kind of slow, difficult parkinglot with really rough entrance. Very polite staff and the orders are right. The novel below: Generally slow. Used to be really slow in the past. They had one young guy working the window and he was lightning fast and accurate, but he probably quit because he got tired of doing everyone else’s jobs for them. Their parking lot is three-quarter ways stunned stupid making jams really badly when the employees decide they prefer to move in slo-mo or not at all that day along with how many people in this area drink Tim’s coffee. It’s almost like the fad here. They close really early sometimes. Tried going at 8pm one evening and they were locked up tighter than a drum. However, the employees are very polite making it difficult to say anything sometimes lol! They are nice and the lines are big. Coffee is as good as any other and I never had a problem with their food. Sorry for the HUGE novel but considering how few times I hope to get a coffee here with a less than 15 minute line to wait in, I figure it’s justified.By John “Badboy” Johnson (a month ago)We went through the drive through. Waited for 5 minutes at the counter (with no one ahead of us) without being acknowledged while at least 6 employees attended to drive-thru. This is nothing new, I know drive-thru is your money maker and at this point I do expect to wait a little longer to get service at the counter. But is it too much to ask to be treated like you want my business? Even a “We’ll be with you in a moment” would have gone a long way. I thought you know maybe this person is not high as a kite on dope and give her the benefit but when I got to the window it was even MORE Clear as Day….. OMG whats it take to get fired around here.
SEND HER HOME. Before she drops on your countertop. She spent a total of 5 full minutes trying to close the drive thru window with the button but couldn’t time it properly so it would keep staying open a bit and she was not looking ok. 🤤 also the FACT of how many healthy employees you could have working that would never work in a close environment with that toxic stuff going on.
I know…….. I SPEND and WASTE my time on my reviews but they are on POINT! Also every single one is 💪 strongly earned.

Staff is always friendly. Go through the driveway. Usually pretty quick, but it depends on how much stuff others order in front of you. Always a good experience!
Needs a bicycle rack! I’m tired of people staring at me every time I have to lock my bicycle to the drive thru sign. Install a bicycle rack! Edit: now the drive thru sign is gone. We have to lock the another sign, crowded up against parked cars.
PS, I know covid is 100% gone, but do you HAVE to force us to crowd up against each other? Tim Hortons counters are designed to go one way, not turn around and go back to the beginning to pick up your order. Let us pick up at the OTHER end, away from the entrance. And don’t get mad when we go to the correct end.
Even when this Tim hortons is short staffed I see everyone moving, working and doing what they can to serve guests and stay positive. They have great personalities, good service, and drinks are always fresh as well as food! My favourite Tim’s in town!!!
Best Tim’s in St.Thomas. fast and friendly. They take ur order and there is really no wait time. Best service by far in this town!!!
