  2. Visiting from Georgia, Tim Hortons has become my FAVORITE place to visit and no matter which one: I gotta have the chilli. This location had very friendly and quick service plus delicious food. I also tried the sour cream glazed Timmins for the first time and was in heaven.

  3. Skip the donuts especially the glazed ones. A tims trade secret is that they’ll put water in the glaze to give the donuts a more ‘neat appearance’. If I order a glazed donut I want to be able to taste it. Not a watered down version where I’m tasting just the cake of the donut.

  4. Every worker in this restaurant needs to be properly trained. I’ve been going there every day and every day there is a problem. If you ask for butter on your bagel they will give you clumps of butter. One time my whole bagel and the paper it was wrapped in was soaked in butter. A few times my cappuccino was NOT hot, I guess they don’t froth the milk to the point where it is hot. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich with mayo, and the mayo was leaking everywhere. Use a knife and spread your butter, cream cheese, mayo etc PROPERLY!!! And please make sure if you are making a hot cappuccino to properly froth the milk so it’s hot!

    So this was the 2nd Tim Hortons I went to in the last hour because the first place was rude, the service here was great except my food was burnt and there was some employees hair and random food inside a plain bagel with cream cheese. Yes a simple order but it was messed up so bad. I don’t want to eat the food from here anymore because of hair in my food plus couldn’t get a refund because I’d already eaten half the bagel

    Went in later in the evening. There were three staff members but only one was preparing orders. Although I had been waiting a while for the one person to serve the drive through, they decided the best thing to do then was have the other staff person empty garbages and the third was on a break (which is fair.) Washrooms were pretty dirty, dark roast was empty so I had to drink the normal dishwater coffee. Just seems like it could be better run for a little rural Tim’s.

    Absolutely horrible customer service and I don’t usually write reviews but it happens every-time! They are just rude! Every 3rd Saturday I go through the Drive thru on my to Orangeville …I come up to the ordering stand …. the person says… “Yes”, I give them my order then they say drive up. The person at the window tells me my total and gives me the machine to pay, then gives me my order. The staff could you say “welcome to Tim Horton’s may I take your order please, would you like anything else, please drive up, Then the person at the window could say it is $$$ please.and gives you your order and says thank you or thank you have a nice day …. something!!! It’s all part of customer service. Perhaps the franchise owner should go through the drive thru or the corporate office. I give 1 star as they are fast.

    Worst Tims ever. They don’t warm up the food that is supposed to be and don’t make correct portions. They make the wraps small and say that’s how its supposed to be.. They are scamming customers. And when you complain they laugh at you. Super disrespectful. I will be calling corporate to complain about the care they take with customers

    My friends and I stopped by this Tims on the way home and ordered some iced capps, and it was by far the worst ice capp I’ve ever had. The cup was not full, and instead of the classic creamy/slushy texture, it was just a straight liquid. There was also coffee spilled all over the top of the cup and dripping down the sides. I have to say, my expectations were already pretty low (it’s an iced capp, how hard could it be?), but somehow this Tims couldn’t even reach that.

    They have no idea what they are doing. We waited 25 min for a couple of teas and one espresso. They had no idea where the hot water was. The y served me tea woth empty cup and tea bag inside. Espresso was served in a Large cup… coffee almost disappeard in it…. I don’t know what else to say because i was stunned by the unprofessional way of serving customers . Most costumers in line left because i guess everyone was shocked by the “ service”. They were not understaffed . They were not trained absolutely for this job. This is insane….

    Ordered 2 bacon farmers wraps and XL tea 2 cream 3 sugar. Bacon was over cooked, dry and tasteless, tea had NO sugar. Customer service person sounded rude, condescending and patronizing. No napkins provided, had to ask, person was rude again and gave us bare minimum amount of 2 napkins as if the cost is coming off their cheque. This is not the first time we’ve been disappointed at this location. Will be avoiding this location in the future.
