  1. Absolutely disgusting rude service no accountability who makes a latte and doesn’t put coffee in it!!!… The fact that I have to go back in the store twice to fix the order it’s still not Right. If this was the last Tim’s on the planet I would not recommend it to an animal. You make me sick. You’re lucky that you even got one star because you’re not even worth a quarter of a star

  2. I went in this evening for 2 hot beverages. There was quite a long line so I ordered and paid on the kiosk. The line had all ordered and been on their way, I used the washroom and still no sign of my order being taken care of. I let a few more moments go by and the younger lady working still never acknowledged I was standing waiting. I then said I ordered on the kiosk and was asked for proof of payment before she asked what I ordered. My name was on the “still brewing” sign while she was asking me everything.

  3. Walked in to order tea, toasted bagel and warm tea biscuit. There was one person ahead of us. We waited a couple minutes at the cash register before the young lady asked to take our order. We placed our order they made the tea and gave it to us. Then we waited 10 minutes for a cold bagel and cold tea biscuit. We mentioned we waited 10 minutes and the lady said we’re busy. It appeared the orders from the drive through we’re being prioritized. Disappointed with the whole experience.

  4. I come here once in a blue moon and I’m always disappointed when I do. With all the other locations nearby, I’m not coming here again. The last interaction I’ll have is today, I ordered a tea with 4 sugar and 2 milk, a vanilla iced coffee, and a Boston cream donut. I get to the window, and they let me know they don’t actually have a Boston cream. No worries, it happens. I chose something else, got everything, and drove off. I sipped my tea and realized I tasted no sugar. I thought it was at the bottom, and they just didn’t stir it. Happens often enough I keep a pack of stir sticks in my car, I stirred it, had a sip, and realized there’s no sugar whatsoever. I’ve worked at Tim Hortons when a tea was $1.70, mistakes were made for sure but with it being $2.10 now I would like what I asked for. Go 2 minutes down the road and save the hassle of a wrong order everytime.

  5. I recently went to this place in the afternoon and was disappointed to see a supervisor acting rudely towards a team member where the team member was effectively performing their duties. The service was good though.

    I moved into the area a few months back and quickly became a regular, frequenting this location for my morning coffee before work on a daily basis. I believe Tim Horton’s has a responsibility to the respective community they reside in to help to enforce a feeling of community or comfort, as this is a spot many individuals will stop by daily. I had no complaints with any of the staff I interacted with for the first few months, but of recent I have received such dramatically terrible customer service that I have felt no other option but to leave a review. Amanda, who I assume is a manager or shift lead, is legitimately rude, speaks very hastily to me, and has sucked the life out of my morning coffee experience. For someone who stops by daily you’d think she’d value my business enough to just treat me like a human being, but I guess not.

    Great Timmy’s service here. Usually very busy due to its location. Food and staff are very good and consistent. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I am not a fan of their new straws. I usually ask for two straws since they go limp before I am done my drink. 😳

    Downtown location is really falling. Service is slower then the first coming I mean unless you know one of them. On tip of having to repeat the order for 1 coffee 2 and 3 times and it’s still wrong . I can’t even with this location any more. OMG click bait here sign up for our app to file your complaint.     Been here twice in the last week and both times horrible service. First time I quickly stopped by to get a donut something quick to eat before my appt. Which I was almost late to because it took 7 mins for just an employee to come to the counter and take the order. The counter person went to refill something and the drive thru employees just stood there and talked. Not at all helping counter. There were 4 ppl in line. Not like the didn’t see us they kept coming over to get donuts. Came back again tonight for a bagel and some drinks. I asked for potatoes wedges and instead of getting “oh unfortunately were sold out for the night” or something you know polite I was told “no” what the hell kind of customer service is that? The employees also hard to understand and were talking a whole different language to. Which whatever but when they are exchanging looks at the customer to makes one start to think what their talking about. Definitely won’t be coming here again

    Went to get some donuts & coffee, but was not happy cuz they had no Chilli again, I also asked if they could clean the right side of the store cuz all the tables were dirty, had garbage on them & no where clean where I could sit so, I had to sit in a booth. The supervisor said l try to get around to it, but 20 minutes later still no clean table, but she could talk to the students from the cou ter. Really unacceptable especially when I’m trying to have a drink & eat some donuts. Not happy at all.

    This is one of the worst locations. My coffee is never right and always taste burnt. the staff lacks training. These poor kids and staff are being thrown into shifts they can’t handle. When ordering food they always mess up it’s either not what I ordered, something is missing, it’s made wrong, or they forget my food all together. The wait times in drive thru are rediculous. Normally you have 60 secs at an order window to get the order out. Bigger orders should be put inside the store. I have waited up to 15 mins just for a coffee because people are ordering dinner for 6 in the drive thru. I know corporate has standards and I know this is not okay. The staff laughs when they make mistakes like it’s cute. I worked for a corporate store personally for 2 years and their standards are very high. I think corporate would benefit from taking a visit to all Brantford locations and taking a serious look into the owners or operators of all of them but especially this one.

    Order was wrong. I had to stand in line with only 2 people in front of me , and I waited 20 minutes while 1/2 the staff stood and talked to each other. One girl Faith Biggs was her name when done her orders at the window came over to help

    Lived here for 2 years and work Midnight’s and they have only been open 24 hour like advertised a handful of times. Also there are 6 ppl running around making sure drive thru is moving while ppl wait for someone to take counter orders. I take the bus and stop for a fast coffee and have had to wait up to 5 mins just for a small coffee. Need to train staff better and assign more ppl to counter and also if not going to be open 24 hour like it says on there google then they need to fix the google ad
