  1. I was trying to look for a Tim’s with good reviews based on service/quality of the food. So many of the reviews were 50/50. I ordered my food inside because the drive thru line up was at least 8-10 vehicles long. The lady who took my order was very nice and patient (I ordered 3 wraps with a lot of customizations) and when they ended up calling my order number I didn’t know it was mine because of how quickly it was ready. I’ve been to maybe 3-4 different Tim Horton’s since I moved here and each time I ordered a wrap it was gross. Soggy chicken, hard pieces inside the chicken, no-to little sauce and no lettuce in the wraps. I asked for extra sauce and extra lettuce on my wraps and they made it perfectly. This will be the new location I go to every time now.

  2. terrible experience i had with them, 2 women employees behaved so bad and tried to insult me in-front of consumers and staff, i ordered 2 cold coffees but they ordered hot one, they said you ordered wrong u needed to say iced coffee and i asked to add chocolate syrup in it they said its mocha not chocolate then geyln something named women also said when i asked to add more cream, she said its iced coffee its come with cream but i asked to add more i knew it comes with cream. Mostly Geyln named women tried to insult me.

  3. My wife and I stop here every morning. When Gilbert is working everything is done efficiently. He is very friendly and he knows our order. When Gilbert is not working it’s alot slower and sometimes our order is not correct. 5 stars for Gilbert and Sana.

  4. Just food is Timmies everywhere. I rated service at 3 only due to a couple of behind the counter have opinions of customers that are not justified in the hospitality industry. In fact I’ve limited my visit there if the MacDonald is opened.
    P.S. 20 minutes ago I received notification saying I had a reply to my review, just read through for 20 minutes and did not come by the so called review. Wonder who makes the replies? If it’s that one young girl that passes herself off as a shift manager/supervisor I can only imagine what it would say.

  5. I was ordering from drive thru, the guys name is gilbert his customer service was very bad and we told him that we didn’t like the customer service and he had the nerve to say that i don’t care. The timing was 12:03 am 28 May. Very disappointing

    Never been disrespected by a guy serving in the drive through. He raised his voice and closed the window because he said he was angry that I changed my order. I hope this is a one in a million occurrence but definitely never going back to this location.

    I usually don’t feel the need to write a review but this is beyond disappointing and the pictures says it all ..these are pictures of a bbq chicken wrap and a habanero wrap . Honestly it looks disgusting and whoever made these should be retrained. If I could give a negative star I would .

    I was drive through by the time I was trying to pay it and get my coffee. One of lady working there yelled to me like she was rushing. I was polite to her but I think she wasn’t had a good day. I appreciate if you look down your employees working on the drive through. And let them be patient for the customers especially morning.

    If you’re not in a hurry, this is a great location. Maybe the drive thru is faster, but I don’t know. When you do get your order, it’s correct and done well. Decent amount of seating for the space.

    Come to this Tim hortons if you like green eggs in your breakfast wraps, get a grip. If McDonald’s can find a way to have fresh eggs in all their breakfast items you can too. Do better cause you ruined my morning. Trash

    April 7, 2023 Part A- Customer Service (1) During my observation about 15 minutes. The order taker (White Person) is rude to customer. She did not follow the Smile, Eye Contact, and Thank you (SET Standard). She was rude to customer whos making a redemption via the rewards app on the Samsung Galaxy. She raised her voice and further argued with customer saying “You would have get the app ready when you come to the Store”. She is not willing to help the customer wholeheartedly. Part B- Cleanliness (2) The table by the fireplace is full of crumbs and fingerprints. Part C- My Order (3) I ordered a Sausage Bacon Wrap Combo with Hashbrown/Coffee for Dine-In. My order was placed in to go bag instead of the standard. For the standard it would have been in a tray, ceramic mug for coffee. The tortilla is hard and chewy. Egg has black spot on top which only means that the egg has been in the hot holding zone past the egg shelf life. Sausage is hot and sauce is within reasonable amount. Part D- Management (4) The Manager at the front did not have the right coaching skills to correct the mistake in presenting the order to me. He would have apologized to me for the mistake and provide appreciative feedback to the team member. April 27, 2023 (5) I ordered via the front service, there were at least 5 person in the line up. The manager Ty did not greet the customers in 5 seconds. (6) I ordered everything bagel toasted for 15 seconds with half butter. As well as Large London Fog with only 3 shots of vanilla. (7) It took at least 5 minutes to complete the order. The Soup and Sandwich person was able to follow my request. For this request, she will change her gloves and ensure the knife is clean to prevent transfer of allergens and prevent cross contamination. Food safety issue is acceptable except one: she did not wash her hand before putting in gloves. (8) People were gossiping in front of customers and spreading malicious rumors against a customer during this visit. This visit is 1/5. May 3, 2023 (9) I was here this morning for my M London Fog replacement. This replacement was promised by the Filipino Manager on May 1, 2023 that he will make it right if I come in the next morning. (10) The Canadian manager on duty states that I should be looking for another team hortons. It is noted, that the principles is not to argue with customers and just follow the “MAKE IT RIGHT” prinicple. And ensure proper coaching and feedback is given to new team members. (11) My other 2 orders is just right: lightly toasted everything bagel with butter and breakfast bacon. The replacement london fog has 4 shots of vanilla. Temperature is normal and taste is exquisite. But the environment provided by the team members is lacking these factors: SET Principles, friendliness, politeness, sincerity and accountability.

    I feel bad rating low because I’ve been to this location several times and they are okay. However, unfortunately there have been several mistakes the last few times I ordered and this time it was not okay. I ordered a broccoli soup with cheese on top and they gave me a potato bacon soup instead. I am a vegetarian and ended up having a bit and that’s how I realized. I’m sure it was an honest mistake but it’s just not okay. This is too big in my eyes because I put meat in my mouth. Very disappointed. Won’t be coming here anymore.

    I placed a mobile order and when I arrived my order wasn’t ready and no one could find the mobile order. Manager was rude and wouldn’t make eye contact. Told me there was no order. I tried to show her my order on my phone and my receipt and she wouldn’t look at my phone. I asked for refund and she said she won’t give a refund. So I said that’s not fair if I don’t get my order or a refund. She finally made my order but was rude to me. I didn’t get her name because she wasn’t wearing a name badge. She is Asian and pregnant

    I was gonna order a customized breakfast sandwich while this female worker was so rude to me, she raised her voice so much literally just yelling at me and trying to make a point that i can’t get my breakfast sandwich customized. I literally got the same thing before in this store. This lady ruined my morning. I will never visit this store again.

    Took 15min to make an order with just one couple in front of me. Fallowed by gettin a ham and cheddar sandwich without the cheese and the ham clumped in the middle of the bread so that most of the sandwich had nothing on it but letters. This is my 10th bad experience in the last couple of months sadly they also the closes to my work hence I’m stuck with them.
