  3. First time I went they gave me 2 bacon breakfast instead of 2 sausage breakfast. I came back to give them a chance and they gave me the wrong drink. Service is also really slow even though I was the only client.

    This may sound weird, but this is my favourite Tim Horton’s. It was recently renovated and it shows. The look is very nice and the store is overall very clean. The workers are nice most of the time although some lack the proffered customer service skills, but nothing to ruin your day about.

    Changing my review from 5 stars to 2. This location used to be one of the better locations in cornwall but seems like all their new staff hate their jobs. 9/10 times I go, my order is wrong. The girl at the window today was super unpleasant and unprofessional. When I asked if my iced coffee could be topped off with extra cream (as requested) she proceeded with dirty looks and attitude, then hands the drink back full of cream and spilling all over. Do better. It doesn’t hurt to be kind.

    The place is very nice and staff makes it wonderful. I asked for a vanilla cold brew but they didnt have it so the girl suggested me iced coffee or Ice cap. I asked for ice coffe and she made me ice cap. That was fantastic. I just fell in love with the place. I would have liked the ice coffe but I loved the ice cap. I wanted to replace it but when I took a sip of it then It changed my mind. This is the only tims where they make coffee with perfect taste. I have never had such amazing experience. Idk why one guy wears beard mask, he barely have beard.

    The place had alot of employees but the one that served me had to make more coffee. Then she didn’t make it the way I asked for. It took 10mins. I went to go sit down and the tables were dirty and the floor had napkins all over. The 4 that was doing drive through were having laughs. I will not be going back. I figured with them open 24/7 it would be better. But nope.

    So I wanted to just say normally I enjoy this Tim Hortons the best however yesterday I was very disappointed in everything regarding this place. The sitting area was dirty, I waited almost 15mins for 2 lunch combos, as well the workers in yesterday were very touch and go. Like I was worried I may insult them if I asked for the bathroom ro be cleaned it was gross. Iver all yesterday’s experience was not the best what’s so ever.

    Pretty standard timmy’s visit. Burned coffee, stale donut, watered down tea. Friendly staff and super fast service as anticipated even after being initially intimidated with a huge line up of socially distanced sheep. As always I believe they could to better. I bet if they took a little better care of their staff then maybe a little more pride of ownership would be visible. I never fault the min wagers working and always notice after each visit the product becomes less and less appealing. But open, and willing to take my reluctant money.

    First time I came here, I was overcharged by $10. Now the debit machines are down and instead of putting up a sign, they tell people at the speaker. Having the guy on the speaker being rude and leaving people stuck in the drive thru for 5 minutes is ridiculous.

    Every morning, I go and ask for 2 coffees and a 4 cheese bagel lightly toasted with butter…. while some don’t seem to happy most are professional and cordial…too bad I get burnt bagel 3 out of 4 times.. Why? I can show a pic if needed.
