Napkins would be nice when food items are ordered. I imagine it is hard to always get orders correct with how busy it is, but the order accuracy hasn’t been great lately. Lots of foam. Can’t speak to the quality of the food but I’ve noticed a drop in quality since the parent company of Tim Hortons was bought out by a Brazilian company called 3G capital in December of 2014. Everything is frozen and shipped in. Anyways, this location was clean and the staff pleasant so that was good. Slow service, food was cold by the time the coffee was ready 15 mintues after ordering. Avoid this location
They seem unbelievably busy serving half the customers the other locations serve but wait! They don’t even have drive through imagine if they add that . They always without fail mess up orders too. Their mobile pickup option is most of the time unavailable. They shut off there skip the dishes so I had to order downtown and pay a $5 delivery charge. All this could’ve easily been avoided if they didn’t hire incompetent and unproductive employees. God this place should close down
I stop by here every night and order the same French vanilla coffee and as much as you would expect it to be, it never tastes the same. I have no idea what they do differently but considering a comes in a bag, in powder form you would think that it would be consistent every single time but unfortunately it isn’t.
Friendly service but extremely slow. Place an online order and you still have to wait in the restaurant.
