  1. Had many bad experiences here – I know there are hard working friendly staff and I appreciate them. However today I went there and ordered a large americano, girl gave me the cup half full told me that’s how she was taught to make them and that’s how they make them. I get this everyday, I know I’ve gotten one from this location before and it’s never been made like this. Hard to believe anyone taught her to make it like that either.

  2. Extremely dirty tables, floors, and outside trash. Garbage overflowing. I have never seen a Tim’s in such an disarray.

  3. The lady working tonight at the drive thru was excellent. We got 2 steep teas, they were made perfectly and labelled as well. She was polite and wished us a good evening. Really feels nice to get such kind service especially at night shift.

  4. This place is number one in the city I think. Always busy as ever but the service is never compromised. Staff is friendly and prompt in getting your order in very late time. All around, 5 outta 5 for sure!!

  5. Food good , coffee awesome , staff and customer service not very proud , out of 7 staff , 6 talking in themselves 0 regards for customer , 1 only doing job rest all chatting and wasting time , lof of customers including me left without a meal , just necessary coffee

My wife confirmed she is the same one that was being rude to her the other day too. I usually come here and an older lady that’s in the drive through is the best. You need your employees to learn from the older ones.

    My name is Diana I am a senior live in Welland. I just lost my husband and this am is the first time I wanted to get up and eat something after just doing nothing at home. I wanted a double double and an apple fritter just like I did in high in Waterloo in the 70’s that’s how old I am ha. Of course I forgot my wallet and Katie told me “it was on her”.     Ordered two bacon grilled cheese through the drive-through ended up having to go in because they didn’t have bacon. Got them remade. Still didn’t have bacon got them remade, and they burnt the hell out of it. We ended up with a free donut because we came in twice

    Always good service at the drive thru. Evan is super helpful and always welcomes regulars. Service is usually quick too.

    Really had a bad experience today, drive thru was 3 minutes a car, so, took 12 minutes to get my coffee, cashier did not make proper change -i didn’t complain got on the highway, the coffee was so watery, it really tasted like milk in hot water. Really disappointing.

    Love love love this location! This location has everything, great customer service & a very tidy store. I stop here every other day before going to the dog park because of the service and the pleasant staff! They make you feel like you are part of their family! Besides, my steeped tea tastes the same every day. Their customer is top-notch. Even at night they have have everything in stock and fresh. Plenty of parking space and drive-thru moves find. Close to the highway exit.

    I recently visited the Tim Hortons location in Welland and it was hands down the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. To start, the drive-thru service was incredibly slow and it took several minutes just to place my order. When I finally received my food, I was extremely disappointed to be told that the snacks I had ordered were not available and that they would be replacing them with more donuts. This was unacceptable and showed a complete lack of attention to customer service. I was extremely disappointed and felt as though my time and money had been wasted. The staff seemed uninterested in helping to rectify the situation, which only added to my frustration. I will not be returning to this Tim Hortons location and would not recommend it to anyone. There are many other options available in the area and I suggest choosing one of them instead. This experience was a complete waste of time and money and I would not wish it upon anyone else.

    This Tim hortons used to be great when we moved to the area 1.5 years ago. It has gotten worse, drive thru takes some days 10 minutes to get through. There could be 3 cars and still takes 10 minutes to get through. For a 24 hours tim hortons sometimes we go around 6-7pm for baked goods; they won’t have any left. Some days we will go through all the baked goods and most times will leave without any. I think for a 24 hour Tim’s they should make a small selection of baked goods available for overnight, but to stop fully making baked goods at 6-7pm is a little to much. The only reason why we keep coming is the staff here is great.
